Had a really lovely stay at Silvia's appartment during our few days' stay in Cagliari. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area which is a 30 minute walk from the city centre. It is also only about a 3 minute walk to the nearest bus stop which is serviced by three bus routes which are quite frequent. The apartment is on the top floor of the block with its own terrace with views towards the sea & mountains, and feels very private. The apartment is exactly as described and felt very comfortable. It is incredibly well equipped & has everything one would need whether it is for a short or long term stay. There was nothing that we did not lack. Communication with Silvia was really easy & friendly. She was always very quick to respond to any questions we had during our stay. We didn't get to meet Silvia, however, we were greeted by Silvia's mother on our arrival, who was really lovely and a pleasure to meet, & who was generous with her time in giving us loads of recommendations

My Suite 27 - City Center -

Our first time in Cagliari. The suite of Enrica is the best choice at the Piazza de Yenne. Lively heart at your doorstep but in the studio it is very quiet. Inside the studio you will find all you need for a short but also a long stay. Very thoughtfull design. And do enjoy the special Spa Bath in your studio. we only stayed for 2 nights. But booking a longer stay is advisable. We certainly will return and stay longer. And than take the time for the luxurious Bath. We can advise to park at the parking at the Citadelle. We also recommand to visit the Hortus Botanicus of Cagliari!

Love Nest in the Heart of Sardinia

We really enjoyed our stay in the cute cottage. Our contact with Chiara was super. There was an issue with the water, but she responded super quick and with her instructions we were able to fix it ourselves! The kitchen had everything we needed and the house was nice and clean. Also the bed was very comfortable. In Paulilatino there are a lot of small shops that open early in the morning for whatever you need. Made us feel like locals ;). The area is nice, there are a lot of nuraghe sites to see. For the bigger things (Bosa, beach etc) you have to drive a little further but coming home to the cottage is an nice reward :). We can absolutely recommend!

This little house is simply perfect. The host Marta has been very kind and generous with a special welcome for us. The view from her terrace is spectacular, one of the best we have ever seen. it's been a perfect week end that we will never forget. Completely worth it!

We are a couple with a 4-year-old daughter who travels exclusively by public transport (no car). The flat is very well located: in the historic centre and on a pedestrian street, 11 minutes' walk from the station. It's very pretty. You can see that this is a flat "for living in", not just for short lets. It has character and its very large terrace is very pleasant. It's also very well equipped for cooking. What's more, the owner gave us a very warm welcome.

A really lovely apartment. Gianmarco was very helpful with everything, especially with the BBQ. Beautiful surroundings and very peaceful. We were given clear instructions on how to find the apartment, however we had already passed it so took us a while to find it. From then on in no problems.

We had a great stay at Marta and Giampa's apartment. The apartment looks like in the pictures and is equipped with everything you might need, including for the beach. We especially noticed how clean it was! The location is great, you can walk directly to the sea and the beach in a minute. There is also good parking and a small supermarket right next to the apartment. The small bar on the beach offers delicious pizza and cheap drinks. Marta and Giampa live directly in the apartment downstairs and are always available as well as very helpful and friendly. We can fully recommend the accommodation!

what to say about this apartment so EVERYTHING IS PERFECT! The welcome by Nicola's parents is great, we would like to arrive at friends' place; Ennio the dad has the eloquence of Roberto Benigni and Gisela the mother exudes generosity. the apartment is almost new and well-stocked in everything (no need to buy no salt ,oil and other supplies:everything is there.) the area is quiet and beautiful with a coastline alternating sandy beaches and rocks: it reminds of Brittany but with seawater at 22-23 (late September early October) thanks to Gisela and Ennio and Nicola

The best place to be, the best attention, definitely 100% recommended, supermarket very close with everything, you can walk, cozy, quiet, complete, with more than you need to be peacefully. Immensely large! lots of spaces to take advantage of, super comfortable, for families with kids, seniors.

We had an amazing stay at Gianmatteo’s tiny house! He was super nice and welcoming, and the house looked exactly like the pictures – so much attention to detail. The location was incredibly peaceful, and the night sky was absolutely stunning. Perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommend!

The region where the studio is located is beautiful and interesting, the lagoons, the Peninsula itself, Oristano as a beautiful town not far away, and much more. San Giovanni himself is small but nice, with gracious people and a super foccaceria. If you want to relax there, you can do this very well.

If you are looking for peace, a wild and intact nature, Simona is perfectly accommodated. The surroundings are beautiful, the beach just a few minutes walk away. The house is very tastefully decorated. The two terraces invite you to linger depending on the weather conditions. Carlo, the caretaker, helps with any issue. We really enjoyed the time and can highly recommend the place!

Arriving in Cabras, we were welcomed by Pina with a radiant smile, very warmly and warmly. In advance, the written conversation was extremely helpful, informative, and prompt. In the apartment, all the necessary information was also available in written form and several languages. The recommendations were all excellent and helpful. The accommodation itself is comfortable, very spacious and tastefully decorated and has everything you need for a relaxing stay. We also liked the central location very much. Restaurants, bars, shopping and a nearby parking lot were within minutes of walking. A perfect starting point to explore Cabras, the surrounding and the beautiful beaches. We felt very comfortable and can fully recommend this accommodation

We stayed at Ignazio's home for a week and it was great. The apartment was clean, there was everything you needed and the apartment is in a very quiet location. The beautiful and very clean beach is only a few minutes walk away from the property. Really great 👍 The view to the sea from the terrace is simply top notch. We will be happy to come back. 👍😊

Very nice uninterrupted sea view, fantastic sunsets. Extremely peaceful location with very little traffic, most of the time all you can hear is the sea. Apartment is decently equipped and the terrace has comfortable furniture. Portu Maga is a bit out on a limb, to get to the nearest town it's 30-40 minutes of twisty mountain roads, but this is also what makes the place so peaceful, the beach was very nice and never got busy. Carmen was very friendly and baked us a lovely loaf of bread for when we arrived; there was a language barrier as Carmen doesn't speak much English, but it wasn't a big issue.

Beautiful, spacious and bright accommodation, in excellent condition and with a comfortable and beautiful terrace overlooking the city. Quiet environment, comfortable beds, and well-equipped kitchen. The reserved parking space in the courtyard is very convenient. Marilisa was very kind and full of information, always available and very flexible for check-in and check-out, and for the special needs of guests with a cat. An accommodation without a doubt to recommend, we will definitely be back!

We had fantastic days in Marco's place in Tonara A small and authentic village with very very sweet people. Within a day you are already part of the village and keep waving. We didn't see Marco, but Marco's mother drove us to the supermarket with her Italian car and temperament hihi in everything. And to the local shops, very sweet and welcome feeling. The house is fantastic in every way Beautiful interiors with style and stunning views and wonderfully peaceful. Marco will provide a garden bench as that is the only thing we have really missed in the last 4 days. Furthermore, you have to be mobile, everything is really steep to and from the cottage. If you want to stay in the real Italian mountain village with lovely people and a beautiful nature around you, you have to stay here. Thank you for the beautiful past few days.
