L'appartamento e' climatizzato (sistema freddo/caldo), dotato di ogni comfort (2 tv con lettore dvd, stereo, 2 a/c, frigorifero con freezer, forno microonde, tostapane, frullatore, ferro con asse da stiro, asciugacapelli, sedie, sdrai e ombrelloni da spiaggia, piccolo barbeque, lavatrice) e DISTA SOLI 5 METRI CIRCA DALLA SPLENDIDA SPIAGGIA DI GEREMEAS, all'interno di un complesso con accesso per i soli residenti. La baia di Geremeas, lunga 3 km, è sicuramente una delle più belle della costa. Il mare cristallino raggiunge subito una certa profondità e la sabbia è bianca e di grana un po' grossa. Sicuramente apprezzabili le dune di sabbia che spiccano dietro la spiaggia. L'appartamento è disponibile da subito. Splendida villetta a solo 20 metri dal mare, gli spazi sono stati arredati con gusto e ogni angolo pensato per rendere la vostra vacanza indimenticabile. Due camere da letto: una matrimoniale con finestra fronte mare da dove potrete sentire il suono delle onde del mare, una cameretta più piccola con un letto che diventa matrimoniale per un' altra coppia o i vostri bambini. I loved my stay! The view is to die for and Andrea is an exceptional host. The apartment is located in a woodsy village that overlooks the sea. The large living room window was one of my favorite things and the proximity to the beach was the other. The apartment is basic but had everything I needed. There were beach chairs and an umbrella available for my use also. As a solo female traveler I always felt completely safe. The other people in the village were very welcoming and I never had parking issues. I highly recommended this accommodation.

We spent 1 week at Villa Layla with 5 adults, one toddler and one baby. Federico was a great host, responded quickly, also helped with other requests and a special situation great and responded quickly. Thank you ! His staff Elia was super friendly and helpful and even spoke German. Thanks, too, at this point ! The house is as described - great pool, plenty of bathroom for all bedrooms and clean. The kitchen is well-equipped - only flaws were missing pot holders and maybe 1-2 more dish towels. But these are small things. We felt very comfortable. The location of the house is very quiet - you definitely need a car, for shopping etc. Many beautiful beaches nearby :)

Fantastic place to spend time , went above and beyond expectations. If you have children you could not ask for more , the place is packed with toys and games my youngest child had the best week of his life and my eldest had fun aswell there is really something for everyone .

We had a wonderful week with our three (small) children in Claire's house. For us as a family, the house with the small pool was absolutely perfect. The kitchen is superbly equipped, nothing is missing and even olive oil and dishwasher tabs, as well as soap and dish towels were available in sufficient quantity. Towels as well as bath towels and beach towels are provided and you do not have to unnecessarily drag them from home. The children loved the pool and the beaches, which are in the immediate vicinity (easily accessible on foot or by car), were absolutely recommended. Francesco, who took care of all our needs during our stay, is an incredibly likeable and helpful person. He was right there for all problems and provided us with additional tips on what we could do with the children. We will be happy to come back!

House with pool for rent alone or with villa

We had a lovely holiday. The pools are fantastically beautiful. However, we have to say quite honestly if we hadn't been there with friends who lived in the villa, some of it would have been a bit difficult. The seating in front of the pool house is available but very hot until the evening. Kitchen is available with everything you need but with a very very small work surface that makes it very difficult to cook. But that was no problem for us as we spent most of the time at the villa. We had chosen these cottages because the description said there is the villa and the pool house, but the pool house is a semi-detached house that is also inhabited. There are other cottages on the premises and there is a kiosk and another pool(which is fantastic), but day guests also come to the property. It's all just a heads up. We had a great stay despite everything.
