The host Ginevra is helpful and friendly, but what makes the difference is the apartment: there are, it is true, three floors to do without stairs but the view from the terrace undoubtedly pays off. Comfortable beds, clean linens and even a pair of slippers available. Pleasant promise kept, the coffee machine with the pods. I don't know if and when we'll be back in Viterbo, but if so, this apartment will definitely be at the top of the list of options to consider

We returned for the second time to this small but cozy accommodation with great pleasure. Very kind Fabio and Monica, always ready to answer all our questions and needs. The quiet of the house and the village was ideal for us to relax during a stressful period. Spello as always delicious and the surroundings always a pleasure to visit. As always, we returned home with a peaceful heart (and the trunk full of oil, legumes, cereals and wines🫣🤣). Polly, our 12-year-old dog, also enjoyed the stay very much. We hope to be back soon!♥️

Giovanni is one of the nicest and most caring hosts I’ve ever encountered through my nearly 10 years of using Airbnb. He was caring, proactive, shared amazing information to help us get to the location. He checked in on us and gave us lots of information regarding local restaurants and grocery store (it’s small - has essentials). We can’t recommend him and the location enough. It was beautiful and peaceful.

Newly renovated, very tidy and clean accommodation. Close to Rome and convenient parking to find near the house. Also equipped with ample space and all the necessary amenities.

The apartment is very nice, it is  good and functional. The location in the narrow alleys of the old town is central, yet very quiet. Lorenzo was very helpful and very quick to respond to requests. We would book the apartment again anytime we are coming back to Viterbo.

This apartment is ideally located between 2 of the most interesting piazzas of the republica where the circular C bus drops you off and especially set back 2 steps from the piazza del popolo accommodation With these flea markets and especially a wonderful little cafe right next to the church run by two nice ladies who are very friendly and love people, it's really a nice find.

This was such a beautiful stay during my 3 weeks in Italy. I was truly taken with the mountains and beauty of the area. The home is very comfortable and peaceful. Luca and Vanna were helpful for me up on check in. I visited Marmore Fall, the lake and nearby villages. The walk down to the falls is downhill, but you can use the bus. Just check Google maps for the schedule and buy a ticket through the SOLGA app or on the bus with cash. I thought the local people were very friendly, despite me knowing no Italian. I didn't want to leave and really hope to come back to visit!

The trip with my daughter to Amelia was memorable... From the town just a few minutes away by car there is the possibility to see so much more wonderful things like the Marmore Falls... Fabio is super helpful and will be at your disposal to accompany you to the apartment, plus he won't let you miss anything for the essentials of the bathroom, kitchen and breakfast... I'm very satisfied...

Marco's place matches the photos in every way. The host was very kind and offered us a flexible check-in that allowed us to complete our tours. The terrace with lake view is very charming and romantic. My family and I only stayed 2 days, but we found everything we needed and more, including a bowl and a mat for my little dog. Excellent. The area is quiet, green and well served. Great starting point for the Marmore Falls, Narni, Labro, San Gemini and other well-known destinations. We'll definitely be back. Thanks Marco.

Lovely and comfortable apartment located in a great location, near Piazza del Mercato. Inside we found everything you need for the stay: coffee, water, snacks, cooking utensils. Laura welcomed us in person upon our arrival (which is not for everyone) and showed us step by step through a video where to park and how to reach the apartment in a simple and fast way.

I couldn't get to know Claudia directly, but Alfredo proved to be a great, welcoming and kind host; he provided us with a lot of information. The accommodation is very comfortable and quiet, it lacks nothing. The bed is veeeeeeery comfortable 😬 and the kitchen is functional. We had a great time and totally disconnected from everything. Our dog Medea also liked it. 👍

Federico’s place was perfect for extra guests we didn’t have room for. The apartment is a stone’s throw from the main square tucked away in a quiet corner. It’s perfect for a couple

House in a great convenient location for various trips, very clean and tidy.

The property was immaculate and beautifully furnished. A tranquil setting and a great base to explore the delights of Umbria. Rita was always quick to respond to any queries and recommended some super places to visit and eat!

An oasis of peace in the Umbrian hills, surrounded by olive trees, countryside and woods. The super cozy house, ideal for spending a few days to discover the surroundings or for rest: it is equipped with everything you need and very well furnished. Daniela is super available and responsive. A mention also in Nazareno, the caretaker of the village: a hospitable person who told us the history of the village and gave advice about the area. We'd be back right away!

The listing is photo compliant. The garden and pool are really beautiful for relaxing and resting. Plan the mosquito repellent for the end of the day and evening. Numerous sites and castles to visit nearby. I recommend the nearby restaurant Le Fenice (€15 menu with entrance, pizza, dessert and coffee).

Lovely place, we stayed for 2 days and took advantage of the location to visit Viterbo and nearby Orvieto. The apartment is spacious, warm and very comfortable. (we also used the fireplace). We'll definitely be back in the spring.

Great views. We only stayed one night, but had the opportunity to enjoy the SPA, which is cozy and beautiful.

No other than Amazing! A hidden gem in the heart of Tuscany. Never have we felt so truly welcome and almost part of the family from day 1. Stunning views from the apartment windows, beautiful and authentic furnitures and cool rooms in the tuscan heat. Many, many, many recommendations from the whole family!❤️

Rita was very welcoming! We do not speak Italian and Rita speaks very little English but she was so welcoming and the place was wonderful! She made sure we felt at home! Peaceful place to sleep and the view was wonderful! She also gave us a welcome basket with her olive oil from her farm! The price of the Airbnb is very reasonable, but she does charge a small fee if you use the ac/heater. We came at a perfect time of year and didn’t have to use it!

Place is huge for a family of 6. We enjoyed our stay. The host went out his way to help us find the place. Overall, it was a nice stay in your place.
