Monthly Rentals in Terceira Island

We had a fantastic stay at Thomas's place. It was clean, modern, and impeccably decorated. The comfy bed, clean sheets, and nice towels were all appreciated touches, and having a full-sized fridge was incredibly convenient. One of the highlights was definitely the outdoor patio, which provided a lovely spot to relax with coffee in the morning or wine in the evening. There was some construction noise from next door starting around 8–9 AM, but it wasn’t an issue for us since we were usually heading out around that time anyway. FYI, the washer/dryer is communal between two units. During our visit, it seemed like we were the only guests using it, but if both units are occupied, you might need to coordinate usage. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would highly recommend Thomas's place!

The place is amazing, room is simple but with everything you need, it’s super peaceful and quiet. Perfect location to discover the island. The host is extremely nice, welcoming, responsive and giving the best recommendations !!

Everything was great. Both the place and the staff. It has all the amenities you need to spend a happy and comfortable stay. I recommend renting a car or motorcycle (we rented it from Marcel) to tour the island since despite being small, the distances are long. The cabins and surroundings make you feel like you're in the Amazon. It is a very pleasant experience. In the place's own cafeteria, the coffee is a must-try, as it is homemade. Overall, very good 😊

Located only a short distance from the historic Angra de Heroísmo, this newly renovated condo was the perfect place to return to after a day touring the island. The spectacular view from the expansive balcony and the very comfortable outdoor furniture make this a perfect place to watch the sunset in the evening. This condo is beautifully decorated and well equipped with all that you need for a comfortable stay. The owner is very welcoming and communicative. We really enjoyed our week in this lovely condo.
