Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Terceira Island

This was my second booking with M F Terçeira and it did not disappoint. This apartment/accommodation is truly the best! The hosts are always so welcoming with a welcome gift of local wine, cheese and jam. House is just as described, modern and cozy! The rooftop deck is amazing with beautiful views. I will definitely be back. Thank you!!

Gonçalo's Casa de Pereira was a pleasure to stay in for our days in Angra do Heroismo. The house is up a steep road 10 minutes from all the main activities and there is free parking super close. It corresponded exactly to the description and pictures. It was perfect for 8 people with 3 bathrooms and 4 beedrooms. Gonçalo was very reactive, kind and very helpful. Very recommended!

We had a wonderful time. The people in the village are very friendly. And because of the festival we enjoyed the local entertainment complete with a front row seat to a bull fight Out in front of the house!

We had a lovely stay at Ti Chôa. It is a cozy and peaceful home. The hosts are quick to respond and very friendly. The place is very clean and has everything you need. Would definetly recommend!

Helder's place is just as beautiful as it looks in the listing. It is very private with ocean views and lots of fresh air. On a clear day, walk up to the upstairs patio facing the coast and take in the fresh air and natural beauty of the island. It's just a short drive from Angra, and an even shorter drive to some of the most amazing restaurants on the island (e.g., Taberna Roberto, Quinta do Martelo). And as if that wasn't enough, Helder was very gracious in helping us with challenges we faced due to some unusually harsh weather during our visit. His proactive and very responsive communication saved the day a couple times. We will absolutely book this home again on our next trip to the island.

Hugo's apartment was truly exceptional – one of the best I've ever stayed in! The place was beautifully furnished, fully equipped, and offered everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The sauna and pool were spotless and made for a truly relaxing experience. What made this stay even more special was the warmth and kindness of Hugo's parents. They were incredibly welcoming and made me feel right at home. Their hospitality truly elevated the experience. If you're looking for a perfect getaway with top-notch amenities and a welcoming atmosphere, this is the place to be. I would highly recommend it to anyone and would love to return in the future!

Excellent stay with everything at your disposal, super well-equipped house, in a quiet location and with an excellent space both indoors and outdoors, super cozy!! Garden has very special sight on Angra, from Miradour to MonteBrasil and over. House is well equipped and projected. 4 persons stay confortable. We have passed special moments. Elisa E Jorge are lovely persons full of suggestions on every tourist desire. We will come back.

My Angra was a great place to stay in Angra! The location was perfect and the room was very spacious. The best part was the breakfast and the friendly staff!

We stayed 3 nights and this apartment was everything you could hope for in a vacation rental: well-located, spotlessly clean, modern and comfortable, and with lovely hosts who were always quick to respond to any questions we had. I would highly recommend this lovely property to anyone coming to Angra :)

Dora is a great host. Excellent place to stay. The apartment is very comfortable for six people and well equipped. It is also a great location with many things within walking distance.

We had a wonderful holiday at David’s place. The apartment was beautifully furnished and decorated with lovely views of water and church spires. Indoor and outdoor spaces were comfortable and spacious, just perfect for our group of eight. The kitchen was well equipped and we were able to cook meals and enjoy in spacious dining room.

This was the second time we stayed at City House 2, and if we are fortunate enough to be able to come back to the lovely Angra do Heroísmo, it won't be the last. I wouldn't even look elsewhere. The location is perfect, and the flat is spaceous and spotless. Ample parking can be found on the streets or in the big lot right below the terrace. The view can't be beat. The kitchen is very well equipped. Everything is brand new. The only slight drawback is that the is no welcome pack of food, drink, and condiments, as is standard at other accommodations in the Azores, so plan on going shopping immediately upon arrival. Otherwise, the perfect place to stay in the perfect town.

This place was absolutely stunning. The view from the balcony is incredible: you have the tranquil ocean as well as the city. You can hear the hum of the ocean while you are in the apartment and it is a very modern building. I couldn’t be more happy. Management was very responsive. Very minor cons: There were a couple dead roaches (one at the entrance of the building and one in the sliding terrace door), but i didn’t see any alive; just something that would be nice to not see. And the first night there was a little noise from the neighbors, so i think the walls are thin. That being said, i would 100% return to stay here. Highly recommend.

This was our second time at this place. absolutely clean, appliances up to date . the view is to die for. Paulo was always ready to answer any questions we had. Peaceful . A bit of Both worlds. Sea and land . beautiful views in the morning and calm and peace at night. Will absolutely rent again from paulo

Everything is really nice. And the view is incredible!

The apartment is very modern and spacious, equipped with a small but functional kitchenette. Everything is well thought out and practical. A highlight is the small terrace from which you can enjoy stunning views over the city and the Atlantic. The hosts were very nice and accommodating. Note, however, that the path from the city to the apartment is quite steep, perhaps a little exhausting for some. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and can only recommend the apartment!

My partner and I had a lovely stay! The apartment is beautiful and and well located. It was a little hard to find some things in the apartment, but Paulo was very responsive and we got the help we needed. The bed was super comfortable, a real treat post hiking.

Wow what a beautiful apartment. This place is built with beauty, quality, and simplicity in mind. I imagine it’s the nicest airbnb in Terceira. It was too cold for us to use the pool, but on a hot day in sure that would be a nice perk.
