Old Farm is a traditional stone-built Somerset farm house, built in the 1580's, set in a quiet village, less than 5 minutes' walk to the village pub. 10 miles to Bath & West Show Ground and 8 miles to Wells Which? described Wells as a “compact but perfectly formed gem.” We are also within 3-4 miles of the Mendip Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, a great area for walks, cycling and traditional pubs. The Pretty Shed, near Bath.

Rustic, self-contained building, at the top of my garden. Private, cosy space with double bed, hotplate, kettle, heater, tea & coffee, lots of books & magazines, and covered area for morning tea with the birds. Glamping for a fraction of the cost with electricity, but no running water. Water's provided in a 10l container, chemical flushing toilet in the same room. 20 mins from Bath, 20 mins from Wells, 30 mins from Bristol. Free road parking. Own car ideal, but 522 Bristol/Bath bus runs hourly.

The Beautiful Chew valley lake is 3 miles away and is ideal for walks, bird watching and fishing. Other attractions within an hours drive are stone henge, Weston Super Mare, Longleat safari Park. The perfect base for visiting the West Country.

Set in 1.5 acres of beautiful, wild, nature filled garden this is the perfect countryside escape with easy access to amazing places to explore. Bath and Bristol -20-30 mins drive Wells -20 mins Cheddar Gorge -25 mins Stone Henge -50 mins Countryside walks to explore right from the front door including beautiful historic woodlands and a waterfall. Plus walkable pubs.

The 'SHED'

This cosy cabin is set next to our 2-acre wooded land, which you are more than welcome to explore! We live in a house next to the cabin and are usually on hand if needed. Bringing your dog(s)? They'll have a great time running around the garden and exploring the wood! Our land, steeped in coal mining history and on the border of an Area of Outstanding Beauty, is a great place to come and relax. Bishop Sutton is also set in the beautiful Chew Valley within walking distance of the lake!

My Little Studio

A simple, detached studio-open plan one double bed/sofa bed/mini kitchenette/living space & a new shower/toilet room. In a quiet village between Bath-15min & Bristol-15min near Bristol Airport, The Pig, Priston Mill, Glastonbury, etc. Tiny patio area and tiny grassy area. Parking for one car is next to the studio. The village pub, coffee shop/village shop is barely a 2 min walk away. Fab place to explore the local area or chill and make use of the fabulous local walking guides.

Restful Retreat with garden in Farrington Gurney

Bring in the day amid wood surfaces and classic cabinetry in a bright kitchen as you cook a delectable breakfast to enjoy on the garden patio. Sprawl out with a paperback on the sofa amid charming fixtures, nature-inspired decor, and hardwood floors. A 1 bedroom self contained bungalow in the grounds of our house, all newly refurbished with tasteful decor throughout. The bedroom has a double bed but we can also offer a sofa bed in the living room & travel cot (if needed).

The Coach House between Bath & Wells

The Coach House is situated within gated grounds of our Georgian home and had recently gone under complete renovations and now boasts a luxurious and contemporary style of living. This includes an open plan kitchen, dining and living space of which the kitchen incorporates integrated fridge, freezer, hob, double oven, dishwasher and washing machine. The dining table can extend and comfortably seat 12 people making it perfect for family/friends to get together.
