What a sweet hideaway amount some beautiful, large Estates. We even found a house down the street built by Frank Lloyd Wright. Very guarded but interesting! Clean and modern. Beautiful landscape.

Shaayna's place was perfect for everything we needed, not too much but just perfect for our trip. Shaayna was quick to respond on any question we had. We'll definitely stay here again.

We are repeat guests and always appreciate the comfortable accommodations, quiet of the neighborhood and excellent location being so close to all the amenities of Scottsdale/Paradise Valley.

The house was very nice, clean and had the basics amenities. We had a short stay, but everything we needed was there. Beds were super comfy (we only used the two larger ones), and towels were nice too. We brought our own coffee, but there were coffee filters and a coffee pot available. We really enjoyed it and would stay again! No issues at all.

Melissa and Josh responded quickly when we arrived and did not know where to park. The Air BnB is in a neighborhood just off the two major freeways and just north of downtown Phoenix…so it’s a great location. The unit is just off the family’s backyard and is in a shady area of the yard….very pleasant. The bed was super comfortable with lights on each side of the beds. This is important to myself/husband as we like to read in bed. All together a great place.

Thank you Jaime and your hubby! My partner and I had a wonderful time staying at your quaint, well decorated with vintage vibe cottage. All the additional products, snacks, drinks, teas, coffees and water available for us to use made our stay feel right at home. Jaime, is a phenomenal energy so wonderful meeting her and she even gave me a piece of her handcrafted earring which I love! Phil greeted me by the entrance to welcome me. He wanted to make sure I got inside because the door is a little bit hard to open. The casita is beyond clean. I brought Lysol wipes because I am a nut about clean. I didn’t need to use any. The little extras they provide are ABSOLUTELY delightful!! Snacks, coffee, wine, water and chocolate!! What more could you ask for?? Thank you for sharing your casita!

What a gem of a space! Beautiful, peaceful and had everything I needed. Very gracious and helpful hosts and the artwork in the unit was wonderful. I highly recommend it.

Wes and Kristen are the best hosts! We had an unfortunate situation that caused us to delay our arrival by 24 hours and they accommodated the change without question, this was a huge stress reliever for us. The guest house was perfect for us and the hosts offer tons of amenities (though we didn’t use them). The house was easy to find, in a very convenient location, and had everything we needed. The bed and pillows were comfortable and despite the highway being just over the wall/fence, you can barely hear it inside. We will certainly look to book with Wes and Kristen on our next trip to Phoenix!

This is my second time staying in this wonderful Aitbnb. It is in a perfect beautiful location for me. zzIt is home to me. I hope to spend other visits here.

Kim’s Casita is so perfect for a quick or extended stay for two! The back porch was our favorite part, providing a great view of the city and the beautiful mountains. We’ll definitely stay in the future if in Phoenix!

Great studio with wonderful amenities. So much packed in a small place. Pizza oven was lots of fun and the outdoor space was lovely. Centrally located for our activities.

WOW! The unit was spotlessly clean and decorated in a lovely style that made us feel very relaxed and comfortable. We really enjoyed the large bathroom and its great shower. This rental had the most amenities of any unit we have rented. Lots of lotions and shower gels, a great hair dryer, and everything needed to make simple meals. We even had an adorable welcome gift and a large basket filled with snacks upon our arrival! The pool is large and very well maintained. Security lighting was abundant and made coming and going in the dark carefree. They have an adorable puppy named Ruby that was a lot of fun. We would definitely consider staying here again in the future. Thank you to the family for working so hard to make this an A++ experience.

What a clean and roomy place to stay in! Every part was impressive, from the fully stocked kitchen to the large bathroom. The large king bed was very comfortable.

This is a perfect little vacation spot! My boyfriend and I felt right at home, her place was very clean and comfortable! She provided so much stuff for you incase you may have forgotten something for example; phone chargers or Apple Watch charger, lint roller etc. checking in was a breeze! I highly recommend staying here if you get the chance! My boyfriend and I will most definitely be staying here again! 10/10

This facility and accommodations are above and beyond what we had expected if we ever get back into her neck of the woods we will plan our vacations around the available dates of her accommodations it was spectacular she is a wonderful host I can’t thank her enough forOutstanding accommodations for making this a spectacular vacation

Went to Arizona for an event so only stayed 1 night, but this place will definitely be my regular place to stay when I come back to Arizona ! Really clean and at home feeling, really quiet and perfect place right outside of the city area but not too far where you’d have to commute. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking to stay around the area.

Clean and looks like the pictures. Oliver was very responsive. One thing to note as we could not tell this from the listing, if you are traveling with a dog - the backyard is private but there is not door from the home to access it. You have to walk out the front door and through the side fence to get to it. That was not the most ideal set up for our longer stay.

She went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience, from the smooth check-in process to offering local recommendations that enhanced my stay. The location was perfect—situated in a safe and quiet neighborhood while still being conveniently close to downtown restaurants and attractions. It was the ideal spot to relax after a busy day of exploring. I can’t recommend this place highly enough! I’ll definitely be staying here again the next time I’m in town. I almost want to keep this gem hidden but sharing is caring. This home is everything you need to feel comfortable in downtown Phoenix. The community here was wonderful. Location is perfect. The space felt so secure and tucked away. I will look to stay here whenever I return to Phoenix.

Donna’s place was exactly as described and the perfect spot to stay. The bedding and couch were super comfortable, and it was a nice touch being able to swivel the TV to watch from bed. The location was also ideal—just 10–15 minutes from anywhere we wanted to go in town. Donna also gave great recommendations on food spots and things to do, which made our trip even better. We’d happily stay here again the next time we’re in Phoenix.
