Place was nice and comfortable quiet area and close to restaurant, Tamara and Greg were nice and welcoming definitely staying there again

This is my second time staying at Genie’s, this is my go to location when I’m visiting Bakersfield, California. I love the location, the size of the place is perfect for me.

Dalia is a wonderful host. She cares about her tenants and is responsive to their needs and questions. I especially appreciate her final touches in the unit. Since she knew I would be working night shift and wanted to help make my stay more pleasant, she kindly installed black-out shades which did help. Thank you so much Dalia for being so kind and hospitable. The unit itself is conveniently located near the hospital downtown and there are several options to shop for affordable groceries and take-out meals. The property is gated for an extra layer of security which is also a plus.

The house was amazing. We felt very safe and at home. Everything was very clean, nothing was broken and spot on in the pictures. Highly recommend.

I had a great stay. Never had to message the host since all the information I needed was on Airbnb and in the booklet at the place. Airbnb was clean and cozy. The place is a little older, but everything worked as expected and did not have any issues. The reviews speak for themselves. I saw a bad review before I booked but I knew right away that was inaccurate. I would definitely book again.

Just a bit north, the train blows its horn a few times a night, waking my friends up in their hotel. But this place was very quiet! Edward and Diana are extremely responsive, friendly, flexible, great hosts. The place is very clean and nice.

Other than the highway and train noise, which was inevitable due to the location, we had a pleasant stay. We appreciated having a kitchen to cook some food.

This was such a clean, cozy and peaceful Airbnb. It had everything you need for a work trip. Absolutely amazing. We hope to stay here again for the 3rd time. Thank you
