Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Tbilisi

Our stay was absolutely amazing. The house is perfect for a family reunion or a big group. Each bedroom has a bathroom with the shower, everyone had privacy and we were very comfortable! Communal areas are spacious and inviting. We loved having a garden and a grill! I can only imagine how beautiful it gets in the summer! Kitchen had everything we needed for a stay and we ate most meals at home. There are many grocery stores near by and we found a great restaurant close by (Rtveli). The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, we rode taxis anywhere we wanted to go, taxis were quick and cheap. I’m glad we traded proximity to old town for the comfort this home provided. Now the hosts were the most kind, welcoming and accommodating people. They walked us through the house, made sure we had everything we needed, provided many recommendations and answered all our questions before and during our stay. They responded to us very quickly. We were so thankful.

Nika's place is very tidy and clean. Nika is very responsive, and her mother, present on site, is really adorable: she took the time to answer all my questions and give me great recommendations. The location is ideal, with a metro station nearby and many restaurants in the area. There are also several coworking spaces nearby which was perfect for me as I work online. This is a convenient, cozy, and good location, which I would highly recommend!

We stayed for 3 nights and can’t complain. Georgy was proactive, helpful and friendly. House is very big and everyone will find a corner for themselves. Definitely recommended if you want to do day trips from Tbilisi and well connected to main roads.

We had a very comfortable stay at the apartment. Nelly was the perfect host! She ensured all amenities were provided and she herself greeted us at check in. She also kept checking in to ensure we had everything or if we needed anything else. The place was exactly as described. The location too was very close to the city and other attractions. Highly recommend!

We were very satisfied! The location is very nice, the house is spotless. Comfortable and incredibly pleasing to spend time with. Tbilisi is separate, but spending time in this house is fun. There are adorable cats, it has energized our day! I recommended it to my friends and they will be in this house next week! Complete, gorgeous!

Great apartment. Stayed there for a month, and had no any issues the whole time. It's close to the street, yet silent. When arrived found some welcome chocolates,. If you need something, Lasha is just a message away. The kitchen has everything you need. Great stay in overall. Recommended.

the second year I shoot for my mother when she arrives. Everything is fine. If there are difficulties, and it was only once with the Internet, then the hostess does everything to solve it as quickly as possible

Tamta is a great host and she always cares about her guests. Apartment is always clean and cozy.

We loved Nika’s place! She was very accommodating. The bar noise didn’t bother us much, it wasn’t loud as we thought it would be. All in all a great experience :)

Great apartment if you need to stay in Saburtalo - a few minutes walk to Delisi metro. There is everything you need, and more. Nino checked us in early in the morning, met us herself, always responded quickly to messages, very friendly and considerate. Sister Nino saw us off, she arrived on time as agreed, also very pleasant communication. The apartment is nice, spacious, lots of air. Two double beds - one in the bedroom and one sofa in the living room. Two balconies with a great view. Stayed with my teenage daughter, everyone had their own private space)) From comments/requests - change the seal in the shower and buy scales (we needed to weigh our luggage before leaving for the airport, in the end I borrowed scales from an acquaintance). I am satisfied with the accommodation, thanks Nino.

We had a great stay at this apartment! It was well-equipped with plenty of kitchen utensils and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The apartment had everything we could ask for, and the overall experience was wonderful. We would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a nice place to stay

It’s our second stay at the apartment and it’s wonderful as always. The apartment is in a perfect location. Right in the city center but on a quiet street, which made our stay very peaceful. It’s spacious, comfortable, and airy, with incredibly cozy beds that made it hard to get up in the morning! Nina and her father are great people. When Nina was away, her father helped us right away with a small issue, which we really appreciated. Every time we’re staying here we feel at home from the moment we arrived. It’s pure comfort. Even for big families with kids. There’s a huge shopping mall nearby and an amazing breakfast place just around the corner called Breakfast Is. Highly recommended

We really enjoyed our stay in this cozy apartment, it has everything you need for a comfortable stay! Great view from the window, quiet and calm. There are different shops nearby, but in general the place is remote enough for privacy

We had a wonderful stay at Temo’s place. The location is perfect in the old part of Tblisi walkable to the shopping center and eating places around this apartment. Host was excellent and was very flexible in allowing us to until the evening because of our late flight.

Mariam’s place is a serene oasis in a bustling and lively area. Within the block of the apartment, there are several standout coffee shops, pastry shops, and restaurants. Venture a little further and there’s an ATM, and it’s very walkable to local landmarks, the metro, the funicular, and more! The apartment itself is perfect for 2, offering bonuses like a functioning kitchen, storage for jackets, a laundry machine, and a quaint balcony with screen door. The only note is that it is up some stairs, so if you are looking for something accessible this may be challenging for you. Mariam herself was a fantastic host, very responsive and attentive to our needs and went above and beyond. This is a great stay for your first time in Tbilisi and I would highly recommend it.
