Mané’s place is perfectly situated for a city break in Yerevan, it’s just off of a great street with lots of wine bars and restaurants, and walking distance into the Center of town. The flat itself is very clean and cute and comfortable! We really in particular appreciated Mané’s flexibility around check in and check out. She went out of her way to ensure our trip went smoothly which was incredibly appreciated! Merci!

is there a rating more than 10/10? I would surely rate more than the max. not only the place was spotless and modern, it was full of amenities that I needed. I had asked for straightener, she provided. I asked for baby shampoo and it was there. crib, high chair, stroller, ... everything I needed and MORE. This host was super friendly from day one; elegant and honest, always responding within the same minute. all her stuff is brand new and good brand, even the detergents are good quality. the location was wow, perfect for family of kids and at the same time great for couples. I really can't thank Eliza for this outstanding experience. I already told lots of people to contact her for their next visit to Yerevan. Eliza... you were incredible. THANK YOU

Perfect location, and nice workplace for remote work. If I go back to Yerevan, definitely will stay again here. The city center is at your doorstep. Also, you can see snow covered mountains from the apartment when the sky is clear and I was able to catch some sun on the balcony during my remote work breaks. The stay was great!

We stayed at this airbnb for 2 weeks and we had the most wonderful experience. Location is amazing and a block away from hrabarag. Walking distance to amazing restaurants and bars. Very nice view from the balcony, has a market and multiple cafe's downstairs. Armik was also very very kind and helpful throughout the stay. Would definitely come back and recommend to anyone looking for a place.

i stayed at this Airbnb with my family of 4 adults in high season. I had first booked another room from Artashes but they couldn't handle it anymore so I got this room from Artashes with the same price as the other, so it was thought of with us from the beginning. The location was perfect, a few minutes walking distance from Opera. Furthermore, the space was fully equipped with everything you can think of. Around the corner there were also several bakeries and supermarkets. Communication was very simple, so I had asked for an extra key and that was arranged right away and there was also a small problem with our washing machine which was resolved the day after. I definitely recommend this airbnb!

I’ve stayed at 5 airbnbs in Yerevan so far and this one was my favorite! The place was clean, very bright and cozy. Bed is comfortable, kitchen is well stocked although I did ask them for a toaster which was provided the same day and I had to buy a bottle opener myself (so future guests, you’re welcome 😀) There was a water and electricity interruptions a few times, but that’s Armenia for you. Other than that this place is absolutely worth staying at!

Anush's place is truly an oasis, even more striking than the photos. The apartment is very clean, spacious and comfortable— but what makes this stay truly stand out is the garden. There isn't a better view of the city than from Anush's garden. Surrounded by plants, fruit trees, vines and sometimes kittens you can see the entire city - amazing both day and night. I was reluctant to stay outside of the center for the convenience of how walkable the center is — but I'm very glad I opted to stay here instead. There's a 24 hour market just up the road and the walk down into the center is really quick and easy (though walking back from the center is a bit of a workout due to the incline). The quiet street, large garden and hospitality of Anush made this stay much better than any bookings in the center with a comparable price. I would highly recommend staying at Anush's, we definitely will return.

Great value for money if you have a layover in Yerevan. The place is in the neighbouring village around 15 minutes away from the airport. I landed late evening and Tiffany arranged a transfer for me, which was very convenient. Tigran was very hospitable and polite, the place had everything I needed. This place is a bit away from shops, so keep in mind that it will be far from the city. But a perfect choice for a layover. Thank you, Tigran, for a cute pie and pomegranate, it was a great gesture!

Firstly the communication with Rafael was great, directly gave to us all the answers that we need it. The apartment was super clean, in a great location, very quite and secure building, walking distance from central square of Yerevan, εverything is exactly as in pictures. Late self check in was very easy. Of course the stunning - amazing - views from the balcony to Ararat mountain and the city is the point which stole our hearts!!! I have just one note about having some more extra amenities like: a extra set of towels , extra toilet paper and trash bags Rafael thanks for the hospitality, highly recommended!

We had a wonderful 7-day stay at this Airbnb on Sarmen Street in Yerevan. The location is perfect very close to major attractions, cafes, and shops, yet peaceful enough for a relaxing stay. Amazing location!! Right in the heart of the city. Vahan and his wife were exceptional hosts. Very attentive and checked up on me numerous times. The actual unit itself was spacious and seemed to have just been newly renovated. Everything was where it should be and I really can't think of any negatives. I highly recommend!!

Fantastic stay for two families! We spent most of our time exploring the city, so the apartment's location at the top of the cascade steps was a good fit for us, although it does involve quite a bit of walking. There is some construction behind the apartment, but it didn't disturb us since we were out most days. The apartment itself is well-equipped, featuring four bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom—perfect for our group. It was quiet at night, and the front two bedrooms stayed pleasantly dark, ensuring a good night’s sleep. One suggestion would be to enhance and clean up the outdoor area so we could better enjoy it during our stay. Overall, we had a great experience!
