Vacation rentals with a home theater in Yerevan

honestly, very satisfied with the house. Subway under the house, supermarket even with basic necessities, you can sleep well. A small tip to Tigran: if you put the coffee machine, it would be advisable to make pods available at least for the first day. Thank you then for everything, I had a very good time and if you return to Yerevan, you will be the first option. PS: but put the waffles! :)

Anna's apartment was truly the best one I’ve stayed in so far. The apartment is on the 9th floor with a balcony and an amazing view. The floor-to-ceiling windows let you enjoy the best view, even when you're just lying on the sofa or in bed. It was very clean as well, and you could find everything you needed: coffee, sweets, Nutella, wine,tea, mineral water, and frozen products in the freezer. Anna told us that we might be hungry and that we could cook and eat—so sweet of her! 🩷🩷 It felt home and we didn’t even want to go out because we had everything we needed right there. 😅 As for Anna, she is a friendly person, always in touch and eager to help with everything. Even when I asked for extra blankets for my friend, she delivered them late in the evening. So, I highly recommend booking this apartment without any hesitation. Once you stay here, you'll be looking forward to returning, just as I am now! 😍 It’s the best experience I’ve had. Thank you Anna for your hospitality 🤗😘

The host is responsive, friendly. The pocket wifi is 10 out of 10, the local SIM card was not needed, the apartment is quiet and cozy. Convenient location of the apartment(be sure to visit): Yerevan City supermarket - 5 minutes on foot, Khinkali by Tumanyan 3 minutes, stand-up club Ari 10 minutes, central square 14 minutes, Cascade - 15 minutes, delicious barbecue in lavash - 1 minute (neighboring house, in the basement). The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, no one disturbed sleep, curtains in the bedroom do not let in light and a good bed. If you only heard about Armenian hospitality, but did not know how it is in fact - I recommend starting with Tigran, thank you very much.
