Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Georgia

Salome is great host. We loved staying at their home. Her father in law was helpful and kind in instructing where to find things. It was a family trip for us and we were 5, but I believe their place can host more than that and I will think about if if we travel to Georgia again with my group of friends as well.

An Unforgettable Stay – Felt Like Home! Our trip to Georgia Tbilisi was nothing short of amazing, and a huge part of that was this incredible stay. From the moment we arrived, Tati and Giorgi made us feel so welcome—it was like visiting old friends. Their kindness, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality made all the difference. The house itself was beyond beautiful—stylish, comfortable, and surrounded by the most breathtaking nature. Waking up to those views, having slow mornings with coffee on the terrace, and just soaking in the peaceful atmosphere was everything we needed. But the best part? My whole family was truly happy here. There’s something so special about this place—it’s warm, inviting, and just feels right. Whether we were out exploring or simply enjoying time together, every moment felt perfect. I can’t thank Tati and Giorgi enough for creating such a magical retreat. We’re already talking about coming back!

Nice and well kept house, close to the sea. You feel immediatly at home, you see owners eye for nice interior design in every corner. No one in the off-season - this is a plus.

Great place to stay away from the city but very close to the highway to Batumi, Sarpi, Poti, etc. Chakvi also has many good restaurants, shops, and attractions. The apartments have a really cool outdoor area with activities. Ilia and his Family made us feel right at home.

The house is very small, but big enough for 2 people and has everything you need. The best part is the amazing view from the terrace!

Everything from check-in to departure was great. Natalia responded promptly to our small nuances, which were eliminated very quickly. Thank you, I think we will come again with pleasure.

I rented a place for my mom. She really enjoyed her stay Easy check-in, convenient location. The apartment has all the necessary things for the kitchen Good soundproofing, although the window overlooks a busy street. The sea is just a short walk away, there are all the necessary shops, cafes, exchangers around. It's warm in winter, the heating works well, especially in the bedroom Thanks for the nice welcome:)

Check-in was hassle-free, Khatia wrote a few days beforehand and clarified whether we would come. On the day of arrival, the host gave clear instructions for check-in. We promptly received an answer to any question. When we left, they made concessions and allowed us to leave at a convenient time. Thank you very much, we recommend this place.

We were very happy with the conditions of the house, everything was very clean, every detail was taken into account, most importantly it is very well heated, the wi-fi was seamless and fast, I will definitely recommend this apartment.

Staying at Salome's place was an excellent experience. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The building has a hotel-standard reception service and is conveniently located near everything. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Salome herself is a kind and attentive host. Whenever I had a question, I messaged her, and she responded immediately. Thank you so much for this wonderful hospitality. It’s the perfect place to stay in Bakuriani. Highly recommended!

Viktor has been one of the best hosts we’ve ever had. We had an issue when we lost our belongings at the airport and explained our situation to Viktor. He was always attentive and never left us stranded without a place to stay. When we arrived at his apartment, we realized it was a thousand times better than we had imagined. It was excellent—the cleanliness, the details, and the view were outstanding. The proximity to the slopes, ski rental places, and grocery stores was perfect. I would stay at this Airbnb a million times over!

The place was exactly like the pictures and the AC worked great one I put new batteries in the remote. The bed is really firm, was great for me though. Really clean and comfortable, in a quiet garden, and close to the main areas. Just a note though: the living room is a shared common space if you are looking for your own space.

Great apartment 3 min walking distance from the lift, and plenty of restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Would strongly recommend!

Pros: polite and pleasant host; accepted us when booking half an hour before check-in; clear check-in instructions; gorgeous renovation; beautiful view from the window; sent a guide to Batumi with recommendations for restaurants and cafes and more; allowed to leave later. Cons: only that the blanket had to be tucked into the duvet cover on your own :)

I won't say that this is a perfect apartment — there are minor disadvantages (one at the end), but in general it is really an apartment 10 out of 10. Very spacious: the photo does not show another small room with a fold-out sofa. As a result, 3 bedrooms, a large living room and a spacious kitchen. High-quality renovation, expensive plumbing in excellent condition. Host Giorgi was always in touch, helped — hospitality at its best. A nice bonus for me is an old monitor and an expensive computer chair, perfect for work. There is also a table and chairs on the balcony — a great place for breakfast and sunset meetings. Now about the disadvantages: Tbilisi is actively being built up, and right now there is a construction site nearby. Noisy work is carried out only from 9:00 to 15:00, the rest of the time is quiet, only the distant noise of the city and the chirping of swifts can be heard. It is not a fact that there will not be the same situation in another district of Tbilisi.
