We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! There were 4 adults and 1 child in our group, and the space was more than enough for everyone. The living room has a spacious sofa, there’s a comfortable double bed, and an extra single bed that was perfect for our child. Everything was very clean and well-maintained. Air conditioners in every room made our stay super comfortable, and the balcony was a real highlight — perfect for relaxing. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The complex is amazing, and the host was absolutely lovely. Highly recommend!

The location of the place is absolutely amazing. Close to the center. The place was clean and well put. Kakha is an incredible man. He helped with everything and did not leave us with any trouble. Overall, it was a great experience

We had a great stay with Khatuna. She is such an incredible friendly and helpful person. We arrived in the middle of the night and she arranged everything to let us in. The House is huge and clean with everything you need for a longterm stay. The Wifi is very good for working online. The first days we had some issues but she solved them getting a new router for us. The location is super central with lots of restaurants around and a short 10 min walk to the rustaveli metro station. We would definitely recommend staying in this Airbnb. Perfect for longterm stays aswell

Had a lovely stay at Violeta's place, really nice apartment with beautiful views. Ending up spending more time than I expected reading out on the deck, its massive, private and has great lookouts in any direction. Although I cut my stay in Batumi a bit short to head to Kutaisi/Tbilisi, I enjoyed the 3 nights I stayed and would stay there again for sure.

everything nice clean and safety

Great spot very close to ski slopes. Everything was as expected. Not their fault, but the restaurant & bar at the Valley is closed. Would have been ever better if that was available, but overall a fantastic trip to Bakuriani for some skiing.

The apartment was very conveniently located and the room had sufficient space. It had everything I needed, and Dato always responded to my messages promptly.

The apartment is located in a new building in the best street in Tbilisi It’s very clean Check in as smooth in hotel thank to the concierge of the building Nana has very good English and very communicative Over all it one of the best Airbnb experiences ever (I used the application more than 50 times in many different countries) The apartment is very clean and well equipped for your stay 5 ⭐️

Great stay we will come again for sure

We had a wonderful and comfortable stay at Madona’s place. She was waiting for us when we arrived. It felt like visiting a family member. And where do I begin about her place! You think of a thing and it is there!! From towels to face towels all kept in order including extra pairs considering we were there for 4 nights. She had kept new bottles of coffee, toiletries etc. kitchen was also well stocked including spices, rice, pasta etc. for that just in case “eat at home” moment. The apartment was in a heritage building which had its own charm. Flat itself is very well done and much beautiful than in the pictures. The hero was of course the balcony where we had morning coffee and wine every evening. It is right in the heart of the old Tbilisi so you are just few steps away from all the sights. i loved her place so much that we can go on and on. Book it without a thought. Just bear in mind that you have to climb some 20’steps to access the flat. If its not an issue then this is the one

Neat apartments with all amenities. The inside is perfectly clean. All utensils are available. Smoking is prohibited in the house and it😍 is perfectly consistent with the photos. Nice, quiet neighborhood, park nearby, 24-hour shops and cafes. Wonderful host who was always available. Thank you so much! Our vacation was a success.

Had a fantastic time. Place is at the forefront of old Tbilisi and all the places are accessible through walking. The place is big and can easily accommodate a nuclear family. Enjoyed our stay. Host Nana was very friendly and accessible

The room fully met expectations and looked like the photo. All amenities for a comfortable stay were available. There were minor nuances, but they were quickly resolved. The room is clean, but I would like a little more thorough cleaning. The noise from the construction site was a little disturbing, but with the windows closed it was tolerable — we were warned in advance. We used the elevator without queues (in the off-season). Tatyana was always in touch and helped. Great location: cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and convenient transport nearby. We were satisfied. Thanks for the hospitality!

Keti is a very kind person. She was always there to answer all questions. Here apartment was very clean and I felt right at home. she also had a mattress cover on her bed which means a lot. A lot of places don’t take to thing of things like this. She’s isn’t have a microwave but purchased one and had it delivered to me. That was so nice of her. I would definitely recommend staying at her place. I enjoyed it so much I’m thinking of extending my stay. Thanks Keti for being such an awesome host.

Mikhail was always in touch, quickly resolved all issues related to various nuances. There is a problem with elevators in Orbi, you need to treat it a little more easily and adapt to various options. The studio apartment is furnished adequately and is located in a prime area. The view from the balcony is amazing. There are supermarkets, shopping mall, restaurants etc. within walkable distance or within 10mins from the apartment. There is no parking within the premises. If you've a car, you will need to park it in one of the parking zones by the road on the backside provided there is an empty slot. That was the only tricky part about the stay. Otherwise we found it very convenient, safe and worth the money.

Aida is a wonderful host. She welcomed me with a bottle of wine and always informed me of potential utility interruptions. Her kind husband came over to fix the water heater immediately after I told them it wasn’t working. The apartment itself is cozy (has one of the better beds I’ve slept on in Tbilisi), and it’s located near one of my favorite restaurants (Maqashvilebtan). Overall, the value is quite good in my opinion. I had a little problem with noisy neighbors, but Aida informed me that they are no longer there.

Nice cozy and big studio for a reasonable price. Lived here for more than a month and felt at home! From the balcony you can see the sea and a little city, which pleased the eye :) (not only one building across the street) No one bothered. Alex and Lika are very hospitable and always available. The apartment stays very warm even in sub-zero weather during winter. In Batumi, it is very difficult to find a warm apartment, so if you're coming in winter, this option is definitely for you. On the ground floor of the building, there is a beauty salon and a barbershop. If you need to get your nails done or a haircut, you'll find excellent service and skilled professionals there. There is also a grocery store in the building, Dodo Pizza is right next door, and a 24-hour Spar store with vegetables and fruits. The only downside is the lack of an electric kettle and a microwave, which might be important to someone, and the mattress is a bit worn out from previous tenants, with slight indentations on one side. Overall, I lived in this apartment for about two months and will definitely come again
