La casa di Alba si trova in una zona splendida nelle colline marchigiane in provincia di Macerata: la casa è confortevole, ben attrezzata per cucinare e passare momenti rilassanti in soggiorno e giardino. È possibile dalla casa spostarsi a piedi per belle passeggiate nei dintorni; centri abitati con negozi e ristoranti sono raggiungibili in una decina di minuti di macchina. Alba è un’ospite gentile e sempre disponibile; abbiamo trascorso nella sua casa un bellissimo capodanno rustico e la raccomandiamo a tutti.

Abbiamo alloggiato qui per il GP di Imola e siamo stati benissimo! La zona è centrale e molto tranquilla, non abbiamo avuto problemi a raggiungere Imola. La casa è bellissima, come da descrizione! Al nostro arrivo abbiamo anche trovato uno spumantino per brindare, un gesto molto apprezzato! L'host è stata molto disponibile ed è stato un piacere conoscerla prima della partenza per fare due chiacchiere. Se ci fosse l'occasione in futuro, ritorneremo sicuramente!

Absolute perfection, the house was lovely, well equipped and appointed. Great for me, my wife and 18 month old toddler. Lorenzo and Alba couldn’t have been kinder or more welcoming making sure we had everything we needed and provided so much help and advice to ensure our stay was perfect. The location is a dream and we can’t wait to come back.

We have had the most wonderful stay. The farmhouse is beautiful, full of character with the most amazing garden, stunning views and a lovely pool. We used the two guesthouses as well as the main house, loved the flexible and sociable spaces it gave us with 8 adults of 3 generations. There is so much to see in Cortona. Full of great restaurants ; thank you Nella for your recommendations. Really good pizzeria and a new bistro less than 10 mins if you don’t always fancy the walk down and up the hill. We loved the local bakery and the homemade pasta shop. Like many guests we would highly recommend Lilli - she cooked for us one evening - a very special meal. I do think a car helps - we didn’t book one originally but didn’t realise how hard it is to get taxis from the station. Gave us more options to explore… but you really don’t need to venture far from Cortona; it’s beautiful. We all really had a special and memorable holiday. Would love to return. La casa es especial!! Todo súper bien y limpisimo!!! Muy bonita la casa!!!

Wir (Ehepaar und drei Hunde) haben in dem kleinen Paradies von Lorenzo & Monica in jeder Beziehung ein tolles Ferienerlebnis gehabt. Das Haus: mit viel Liebe, Sorgfalt und Stolz gepflegt, bietet Platz innen und im Garten sowie Privatsphäre. Die Lage: auf dem kleinen Hügel genug weit weg vom Trubel der Touristen unten an der Promenade, aber nah genug beim Meer (300m, kleine Strasse den Hang hinunter), umgeben von viel Grün und Natur. Die Gastgeber: flexibel, höflich und kommunikativ (Lorenzo, mit ihm wurde die Buchung vereinbart) sowie charmant, hilfsbereit und Gastgeberin aus Passion (Monica, die nebenan mit ihrer Familie wohnt). Vielleicht ist es besser, wenn wir jetzt mit dem Lob stoppen, weil wir gerne nächstes Jahr wiederkommen wollen - und nicht möchten, dass es keinen Platz mehr gibt...;-) Grazie mille, Monica e Lorenzo!

¡Nos encantó alojarnos con Corrado! Desde el primer momento fue extremadamente amable y cálido al recibirnos, se tomó el tiempo de mostrarnos todo el departamento y nos dejó mapas y recomendaciones muy útiles para disfrutar de Rimini. El departamento es muy lindo y cómodo, completamente equipado con todo lo necesario y con espacio suficiente para hospedar hasta cuatro personas sin problema. Nosotros éramos dos, así que estuvimos más que a gusto. El departamento está muy bien ubicado en una zona muy linda, la estación de tren se encuentra a unos 15 minutos a pie y ¡la playa está a solo 5 minutos caminando! Hermosas playas! Además, el departamento está muy cerca de la zona con restaurantes, bares y boliches, por lo que durante el fin de semana puede llegar a escucharse algo de ruido por la noche. Sin embargo, nosotros pasábamos todo el día fuera y llegábamos tan cansados que dormíamos profundamente sin que nos afectara. Definitivamente recomendamos este hospedaje!

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und gut ausgestattet. Der Strand ist wirklich sehr nah. Geschäfte und Restaurants sind gleich in der Nähe und trotzdem ist die Lage sehr ruhig. Die Wohnung ist im letzten Stock eines Hotels, das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. wir durften auch den Whirlpool benutzen. wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden bestimmt wieder kommen.

The apartment is in an excellent location, 10 minutes walk to the train station and less than 5 minutes walk to the beach. It is also on a road which is very quiet at night. The apartment is very spacious and clean, a very good price for 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Gabriel . Nous n'avons pas rencontré Gabriel personnellement mais il a toujours été soucieux de notre satisfaction. Ses vélos ont été d'une grande utilité. Le logement est à deux pas de la plage mais un peu loin de la gare et du centre historique de Rimini (25-30 minutes de marche). Seul bémol, la présence de plusieurs chiens (enfermés dans les cours) qui jappent à tout moment. Heureusement la nuit est calme.

Siamo molto soddisfatte dell'alloggio di Maria Elena e non esiteremmo a consigliarlo!Molto carino ed accogliente, fornito di tutto il necessario, impeccabilmente pulito, silenzioso e ad un passo dal centro. Il fratello,che si è occupato della comunicazione con noi, ha risposto sempre ad ogni nostra necessità prontamente e con molta gentilezza.Insomma,ottima scelta!

Ottima posizione, perfetta per raggiungere la fiera, vicina a ristoranti , farmacia, bar ed a pochi passi dal mare. Casa perfettamente accessoriata, silenziosa, calda e pulita. Mara è stata meravigliosamente accogliente. Consiglio vivamente questo appartamento! A presto Mara😉

Genuinely one of the best air bnbs i have stayed in. The location is unmatched, the space is beautifully renovated, the house was very very clean and had everything we needed.

Appartamento situato in quartiere residenziale tranquillo, mare e centro raggiungibili con una pedalata di circa 10 min grazie alle biciclette fornite dall’host (su richiesta anche seggiolini per bimbi di diverse misure); abbiamo anche raggiunto l’Aquafan in bicicletta. Pulizia e presenza di tutti i servizi necessari, cucina accessoriata per preparare pasti quotidianamente. Climatizzazione di zona giorno e notte utilissima nei periodi di grande caldo. Viaggiando con una bambina piccola abituata a dormire da sola è stato perfetto il fatto che zona giorno e zona notte fossero ben divise per poterci permettere di mettere a dormire la bambina e poi vivere la serata in tranquillità senza disturbarla. Ottima la disponibilità della lavatrice, con anche il detersivo volendo. Da portare prodotti per il bagno. Maurizio è un host molto disponibile e affabile che dà consigli anche sulle attività da poter fare in città e sulle caratteristiche di mare e spiagge. Ci saremmo fermati ancora!

Appartamento delizioso a Rimbocchi nel cuore delle foreste casentinesi. Sophie è stata premurosa, sempre disponibile e velocissima ad aiutarci per tutte le necessità. Letto fantastico, l'appartamento è arredato con buon gusto e la termostuta a legna è stata un vero piacere da utilizzare. Grazie di tutto!!!

Een geweldig verblijf gehad in Il Granchio Blue van Roberta! Ontzettend fijn contact, duidelijke instructies voor aankomst en een heel warm en welkom gevoel. De bedden liggen heerlijk, het is ruim en het uitzicht is fantastisch. Het appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien. Wij komen zeker terug!! ☺️🇮🇹

L'appartement proposé par Claudia était top. Tout était comme décrit. Un grand balcon. Propre et bien équipé. Du café et du thé à disposition quand on arrive. Très bon accueil de Claudia qui est très sympathique et répond toujours aux messages très rapidement. L'appartement est situé à 2 pas de la plage. Grande plage de sable. Place de parking. Vélo de ville à disposition pour se balader dans Cervia, et c'est très agréable. Tout peut se faire à vélo, même les courses. Supermarché à 5 minutes. Sur Cervia pour l'Ironman, l'appartement est à 1,5 kms du départ. Ce qui est top car à proximité mais au calme et éloigné du tumulte. Je recommande ++ le logement de Claudia.

Soggiornare da Laura è stato come sentirsi in famiglia. Accogliente, mi ha fornito sin dall'arrivo tutte le istruzioni della casa. Ha cercato di trovare una soluzione per tutte le mie richieste. La casa è spaziosa, e ci sono 2 bagni. Si nota che Laura ha una predisposizione a questo genere di attività ricettiva, che si tramanda da generazioni, dato che i genitori gestiscono degli alberghi sul mare e a poca distanza dall'appartamento. Mi ha anche dato la possibilità di avere prezzi agevolati qualora avessi voluto usufruire dei servizi dell'hotel (pranzi, cene, colazione, ...)

innanzitutto, a livello comunicativo possiamo dire che lui è il miglior host 2) ci ha portato dalla stazione del treno fino all'appartamento ( il che non è poco ) 3) all' appartamento è successo un inconveniente imprevisto però lui è intervenuto subito e ha risolto tutto. 4) l'alloggio è mega comodo, vista mare, fornito di tutto il necessario magari se tutti gli host fossero come lui grazie per davvero, siamo stati fortunati ad aver effettuato la nostra esperienza lì. :)

Schöne, kleine Wohnung in Igea Marina mit herrlichem Blick auf den Sonnenschirmstrand. Die Unterkunft macht insgesamt einen sehr gepflegten Eindruck. Besonders die Aussicht auf das Meer und den Strand ist ein echtes Highlight. Einziger kleiner Wermutstropfen: Die Töpfe in der Küche könnten mal erneuert werden. Dennoch: Insgesamt eine charmante Unterkunft und für den Preis absolut empfehlenswert!

Stayed here for 5 days during the Imola Grand Prix F1. We had a lovely stay! Really enjoyed it! Place was really clean and spacious and had all the amenities. Really well catered for and helpful for my baby and toddler. Giacomina was amazing and very helpful and responsive and answered quickly and made the whole experience quick and easy! Location is great ! The beach was beautiful and we managed to have a few days enjoying some quiet time off season on the beach and the play areas are amazing for kids! Would definitely stay again! Had the best time! Some great memories made! Thank you Giacomina xxx
