In the new Klima Haus-Standard A-Nature, the modern 2-room apartment with large kitchen is located on the top floor. The kitchen island is equipped with comfortable bar stools that can be used as a work, dining and game table. The Bora stove is a nice addition for hobby chefs. The bedroom is normally equipped with a wardrobe and double bed (160 x 200 m). For a better night's sleep, we chose the Emma mattress. The bathroom has a walk-in shower with rain shower and illuminated shelf.

Cosy flat with garden and spacious south-facing balcony to relax in the sun. Hiking and walking trails as well as numerous bike tours start directly at the house. In winter, skiing areas can be found in the surrounding area. Beautiful Merano is 35 min away. New: Beds, mattresses and bedding were completely renewed in 2022. You will sleep better here than at home. 10% discount on bookings for a full week or more. Please note: bedroom has low ceiling height.

we recommend this farm to anyone looking for a place to relax in total tranquility and surrounded by nature, between fantastic views and animals of all kinds (dogs, cats, cows, chickens, etc.). the owners were extremely kind and helpful in trying to satisfy our every request, also recommending scenic trails to walk in the area and great places to eat. the apartment is clean, new and furnished exactly as pictured, with a wonderful view of the Dolomites. finally, I wanted to emphasize that, despite being a farm at an altitude of 1760m, it is quite easy to get there and, once there, you can safely use the nearby cable car to return to the village below, and then take the train to the neighboring villages (meran included)

Adi and Maria are really great hosts! The apartment lacks nothing, excellent amenities and very high quality, we will definitely come back and can only recommend it to those who want to explore peace and a great area.

We felt very comfortable and would come back anytime. The apartment was very clean, just a bit noisy. The central location is particularly great. Bakery, supermarket and restaurant are within walking distance and great hikes to the mountains and other excursions can be made from the property. We can also recommend the restaurant Dorfwirt. The cam tri was extremely tasty and the appetizers are very large and fill up like a main dish.

A modern bathroom features a spacious double sink vanity with circular mirror lighting above. Warm stone walls and floor tiles provide a neutral backdrop. A shower and separate toilet area are present, along with a bidet, complementing the sleek design elements.
