Vacation rentals with a patio in Tangmere

What a fantastic find, so close to the sea, pub locally for food and a fish and chip van too. The accommodation was spotless and the owner couldn’t have been more helpful. We had a wonderful few days thanks and hope we’ll be back again soon.

Nice place to stay. Didn't find it easy to park the car however and metered parking everywhere. Like that everywhere in Brighton it appears however. Definitely not the fault of Tolly's place!

Great place to stay overnight before flying out. Cristina's place was neat, tidy and comfortable.

Great location which is at the end of harbour road and very peaceful. View is great and nature reserve is really pretty. All amenities were exactly as described. All the vintage games consoles et. Makes the place very unique and quirky. 1 minute walk to the beach which is also quite unique in the way it has been shaped by the sea. Shops 10 minutes walk. Pubs 20 minutes walk.

Thanks to Wendy and Barry for a lovely stay at The Hideaway. It is a delightful little place and they have thought of every practical thing needed for a comfortable stay, including some welcome treats! We have no hesitation in recommending The Hideaway for a break in Hampshire.

Susan’s place is so lovely and cozy and has a great view. My husband, who is from the UK, and I traveled to Findon for a wedding and this was the perfect place. Susan was very accommodating and responsive. We’ll definitely be back!

Jen went over and beyond to ensure that our trip was a success. It was the second time we’ve stayed during the Goodwood Revival and the location is perfect.

Stayed here last weekend for a family birthday. We could not have chosen a more perfect location or property. The amenities were perfect for a leisurely get away, loads of space inside & out. Exactly as described in the advert or reviews. All communication made for an easy arrival/check in/out and a very generous welcome hamper We were extremely lucky with the weather and sat the first evening eating & drinking outside watching red kites, hawks and the finale being a barn owl feeding in the next door field. What a treat to watch. The hot tub and electric BBQ made for an easy and fun evening. We did not explore as much as we would have liked but it was the perfect location for our weekend at Goodwood just 15 mins away. I cannot recommend highly enough if anyone needs a large space to entertain or just enjoy. I will definitely return to explore the wonderful attractions and scenery on another occasion. Mary is a first class host. She is friendly and efficient with her communication. Her house is beautiful and ideal for a break for two. The house is spotlessly clean, very well-equipped and very homely. The house is at the end of a cul-de-sac and is extremely quiet - we could even hear the owls hooting at night! It has a lovely sunny garden and dedicated parking. Highly recommended.

Had a lovely relaxing break here, the space was fantastic and the surroundings were peaceful and quiet. Excellent location - the village pub is a must visit!

Emily and Daniel were brilliant hosts and very easy to communicate with. Their home is beautiful and it was spotlessly clean too. Their pool area is stunning so if you get the weather it’s a really lovely space to enjoy. I would recommend this to anyone looking to spend time in this area, just be aware that the pool area is shared with their home. We were staying as did the Seven Sisters hike one day (40mins drive away). Thank you again for a lovely stay.

We had a great new years stay at Lorraine's place. Everything was as described. A luxury to have 3 double bedrooms all with en-suites. Great ands very friendly pub opposite and some lovely walks. Thank you Lorraine!

A really great place to stay, with a great host! Caroline was super helpful before hand and during the stay. A beautiful place with a fantastic backdrop and very peaceful garden, its a great location for Goodwood or Tinwood visits

This was our second time at Alan’s flat. We had such a wonderful time. It’s so close to all the amenities Seven Dials has to offer whilst also being super close to Brighton city centre. We will be back!

This is a great place to stay in Hove and is as described. It was positioned perfectly for us for where we needed to be to visit family. The living room is a particularly great feature with sea views and plenty of space. If arriving by car, unloading can be a bit tricky due to having to park on adjacent roads but Joanne can't help that so it's just one to be aware of. We would certainly stay here again

Had an amazing time. A lovely space to stay in for the weekend, could have stayed there longer. Close to the seafront and a 15 min walk away from the Brighton 360 and upside down house experience. Plenty of local shops including Tesco's and Sainsbury's and lots of pubs and food places. Felt at home and a comfortable stay, the host (Jess) was very responsive too when I had queries. Overall an amazing stay, thanks so much.

Excellent apartment in great location, gated community, and facing the marina. Easy distance to central Brighton either via the beach, electric railway, car or uber.... Good local restaurants if not eating in town. Apartment was well equipped, clean and functional. Secure parking. A vey enjoyable long weekend stay by the coast.

I've visited Adrian's several times now. The flat is perfect for a restful stay, while being close to amazing restaurants, bars, the beach, parks. Adrian is a great host and check in and staying at the flat is always very easy. Highly recommend for a visit.

Nice and clean, easy access from the back if you want to avoid the steps, roomy, modern and well catered.

A spotless very cute place. Thoughtful decor and very well appointed. Only improvement would be the supply of a little mop as it rained and it was difficult to keep the lovely stairs clean. It was impossible to abound a little water in the entrance. Other than that tiny little thing we loved it. I will book again when I plan my next trip. I found it perfect for my fishing trip as it is central to whole of the massive harbour system. Emsworth is lovely with lots of pubs restaurants and shops. Fiona was excellent.

To be very honest, our jaw dropped on entry at the quality of everything in the apt. Serious care and attention has clearly been given to put this apt on a very high level. Courtyard is another bonus. Bathrooms / showers fantastic …..great spaces locally for walking the dog. Ernie loved it, and wants to return, as do we ! Thank you Connor and Megan
