The apartment is nice and very spacious with everything you need and the community pool it’s lovely! It does get very hot without AC but the fans did help.

Mrs. Fabiola was super available, meeting all our needs. The house is cool, there is all the essentials and the location is great if you want to be in the middle of the greenery and a few minutes drive from the sea. I'd love to come back.

Extremely kind hosts and willing to help and advise for practical things, such as parking, garbage collection... the accommodation is very clean, with plenty of sheets, towels, even beach towels, equipped with pots and utensils in abundance. The apartment has two entrances, a small terrace where you can pleasantly spend your time, the fantastic location, one of the most popular on the island, above Cala Gavetta, a marina that is a real treat just a step away from the historic center. I would definitely come back.

Great place to stay if you’re spending time in Cala Gonone. Five minutes walk to a beach, close to a grocery store, and twenty minute walk to grab a boat to visit all the beaches in the Gulf of Orosei.

The accommodation is perfect as it is located in a quiet area and close to the beach and downtown. The village is beautiful and has many restaurants and bars. As for the place it has everything you need. The refrigerator is a little small and the sofa bed a little uncomfortable but in terms of cleanliness everything is great. The terrace is huge and there is a pool. There are linens and linens to spare for everyone. The bathroom is spacious with hairdryer. The hostess gives us food and drinks as soon as we arrive and she recommended many places to visit. She was very kind to us and very attentive. Thank you very much for everything

Beautiful view and cozy apartment where you can fall asleep with the sound of the waves. The place is in a cul de sac so no traffic sounds. Really enjoyed our dinners on the terrace!

For us it is just the perfect location in spring time Sardegna. Quiet location in the middle of a big Olive Garden. Beautiful surroundings and still all the amenities you need.

Sole's house is even more beautiful than what's shown in the photos. It was spotless when we got there and it was nice to find water and some sweet things that got us after the long trip, The location is perfect for touring emerald coast by car and beautiful and easily accessible beaches are very close, Shops of all kinds are 3 min drive Everything was spotless! Spectacular stay, immersed in the Gallura countryside, in the garden of the house tall oak trees, shady, and a beautiful swimming pool to cool off in the absence of a nearby beach. We had the very pleasant company of two kittens, polite and affectionate, and as night fell, a land hedgehog visited us, curious but discreet. Very cool house inside, a pleasant surprise for the start of summer. Unexpected amenities in a country house: the dishwasher! It saved us from tedious after-dinner housework. Comfortable beds, a large bathroom with a washing machine, and a large and bright dining room. And surprise... free Wi-Fi! We thank Antonio for the pleasant weekend and we will be back!

Antonio's cottage was nicer than in the photos. The cottage is located just outside Dorgali, on a quiet little road. It was wonderfully quiet at night and you could gaze at the stars. There were a few restaurants within walking distance, but at the nearest one you have to make a steep climb on foot! We traveled with a friend and we each had our own bathroom very luxurious. There are terraces on all sides of the house so you can always enjoy the sun or shade. We became friends with the kittens roaming around there. Antonio doesn't speak other languages, but we were able to communicate well with each other via google translate. When the heating didn't work, he came immediately and solved the problem. Many thanks to the great host!

Mirella's accommodation has stunning and magnificent views of Olbia Bay. We only stayed one night but we were able to appreciate the cleanliness and the availability of the amenities of this accommodation. You will be warmly welcomed by Mirella, an available host, very kind and who likes to please her guests... a gourmet surprise awaited us... we can only recommend this place... thank you Mirella.

Lovely vacation home in a strategic location because just outside San Teodoro and a few minutes by car from the most famous beaches in the area, but the highlight is the tranquility that surrounds it, an agglomeration of houses immersed in silence. The outdoor space then allows you to eat out and relax under the porch. The owners are super helpful and welcoming. Recommended.

Sabrina was great host , professional and always available to help. Location and view is stunning and makes you forget everything else. Beautiful beach just 5 minutes walk. We had very nice time there, Only thing needs a bit of attention is outdoor shower and BBQ area as it was unusable. Also boiler is too small and not enough for size of the house and 8 people. Overall it was well worth it and had wonderful time there.

Recently renovated, well-kept and clean apartment, located in the first suburb of the country. It takes about 10 minutes to get downtown, around there are several restaurants and supermarkets for shopping or eating. We appreciated the peace of mind. Maddalena has provided us with all the directions, including ferry schedules.

Federica is wonderful and so helpful. It is my third time staying in this complex and I have loved it every time.

This is a beautiful apartment very nicely decorated and clean. It is in a really great location in the old district with amazing views and a lovely balcony to sit on. It was very hot when we visited, the air conditioning in the bedroom really helped and the bed was very comfortable. It was great to receive a welcoming bottle of wine and to find ice blocks in the freezer and a sun umbrella in the flat, which were essential on the beach. The only thing you need to aware of is there are a lot of steps up to and in the apartment, it's on three levels. as it's in the old town the roads are very narrow and parking tricky. But We were able to find parking in the square by the church opposite. Franco was very quick in responding to messages in all an excellent host. Thank you

Loved our stay and Elena was a fantastic host! We appreciated that she let us check-in early after an early flight. Views were lovely looking out at the harbour and flat was very spacious with good air conditioning to escape the Sardinian heat. Overall we had a very happy stay with our family and would highly recommend.

Good friendly communication, flexible, everything wonderful. It would be good to know that the window of the children's room opens to the neighbors' terrace. However, did not bother us because there were no guests there.

The host ist very responsive and the check in went well. The old town is a 30 minutes walk and there is a good and cheap restaurant in walking distance called „il visuvio“.

Gian Franca is from the sweetest persons I have ever met. She was always attentive and caring and always paying attention to if we need anything. She prepared the flat impeccably. It was a pleasure to stay at her place. Super mountain view, and quiet place. Next to one of the main streets of the Village. I felt I was at my own place in Portugal! Warm regares to the family!
