Monthly Rentals in Suvi Do

The place was perfect – an entire floor to ourselves, wonderfully decorated. The location is good: 5 minutes by taxi to the center, 20 minutes walk. The hosts were outstanding – friendly and helpful. We were completely satisfied and gladly come back!

The apartment is located in a small, modern building on a quiet street in what I judged to be a desirable neighbourhood close to the river. The apartment was immaculately clean and well equipped. The rooms were very spacious, the beds were comfortable, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. There was plenty of wardrobe and storage space available. The Host was very responsive and friendly. The self check-in process was trouble-free. The window in the living room offered a very pleasant view over the river to the southern part of the city and the mountains beyond. I stayed in the winter and the heating system was more than sufficient to keep the apartment lovely and warm. A fruit and vegetable market and a variety of supermarkets and other shops, are close by. In summary, I found the apartment to be well located, clean and comfortable, and an ideal base for my visit to Niš.

I chose this place because I wanted to feel inspired and walk into a home that sucks you in with its decor. I was not disappointed for a single second - absolutely loved every thought put into this apartment. This is the kinda of Airbnb I would prioritise over hotel rooms or boring standard flats at any time. Kudos to Irena & co - can’t wait to come back!
