Great place! Out of the way, but still close to town and setup really nice!

Everything is as advertised. We had a very cozy and relaxing long weekend enjoying the nearby trail and lagoon then lounging in the comfortable recliners by the fireplace or soaking in the hot tub. Close to downtown and a variety of restaurants, cafes, diners, pubs, malls, and groceries. Very responsive host and was quick to answer any and all questions promptly even before we checked in. Was very knowledgeable about local to dos (and what not to do). It may seem silly but they have an excellent welcome binder to get settled and to help plan your visit to Anchorage. Would recommend and would stay again!

Great place. Very quiet neighborhood. Clean house and ample room for everyone. Kitchen was a joy to use. Great communication from our host. 10/10!

The cutest air bnb we have stayed at so far. Absolutely stunning inside and out with an amazing view. In the winter the lake is frozen and we saw many people ice fishing and ice skating. My husband and I enjoyed expressing our vows to one another on this amazing property for our elopement. Shuree was so kind enough to allow us to do so. This home will now always have such a special place in our hearts and memories. We definitely will be back.

Chris and Jodie’s place was beautiful, updated/new, and nice and clean. They were very thoughtful hosts. We were there over Christmas visiting family and they put up a Christmas tree for us which made us feel right at home. Loved the place if we are up there again we will definitely stay with them again!

Little cozy cabin, enjoyed our 4 night stay. Gives you a feeling like you’re in the woods even though it’s centered in a compound of cabins. Near town, close to restaurants and stores.

Cute place for a single person or couple, located in a nice and quiet neighborhood. It's a little out of the way from the hustle and bustle, so good for a private and relaxed setting. Sabrieta was timely in her responses, and very friendly. She was understanding of travel delays and detailed in her instructions. Great stay, cute spot, and cozy!

This was a perfect home, we all felt so comfortable and cozy and had huge family meals when not out exploring. it was absolutely beautiful and peaceful.
