Loved our stay here! From the moment we arrived it was perfect. Gabrielle was fabulous and helped arrange a private driver to and from the airport . The area was beautiful . We loved the restaurant recommendations and cherished our time exploring Rome and Vatican City. The views were amazing!

O apartamento está muito bem localizado perto da praça do fiori, e com uma caminhada curta de trastevere. O checkin foi muito fácil e michele é muito atencioso. O apartamento fica no quarto andar, algumas escadas, o que é bem comum em Roma. Foi tudo ótimo!

Thanks to Edoardo and his mother, we had a wonderful holiday in Rome. The apartment was just like the photos—very spacious and clean. It was fully equipped with kitchenware and amenities, so we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. If we ever come back to Rome, we’d love to stay here again.

Valerias Wohnung ist verkehrsgünstig gelegen, nur 2 metrostationen von Roma Termini. Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen, man kann gut schlafen. Man hat eine kleine Küche, in der man sich etwas warm machen kann und einen Frühstück, um Lebensmittel aufzubewahren. Man kann sich auch Kaffee machen und Wasser warm machen für Tee.

Giuseppe’s place is wonderful. Great location - a few minutes walk to the Vatican and to the metro/bus stops, lots of restaurants, cafes and supermarkets nearby. It was very clean amd spacious. It had free coffee and water. Giuseppe was also very helpful and responsive. We had a problem with the washer but he immedately solved it and didn’t charge us for the damage.

Enjoyable stay, lots of restaurants nearby, very walkable, clean home perfect for 2 couples or small family, felt very safe. Host was very responsive, helpful and friendly. She even has a driver you can book to take you to/from airport. Great stay while in Rome!

Plenty of room for two couples. The kitchen was fully equipped and the location was perfectly located near lots of restaurants, shops, and sites. Highly recommend!

Isabellas leilighet var flott. Svarte raskt og vennlig. Leiligheten er ren og pen. Alt du trenger er der. Kan ikke høre trafikken i gaten. Større enn på bildene. Bra lokalisering. I gåavstand til det meste. Godt å ikke bo midt oppi Trevi fonten o.l. Det er mye gode restauranter i området Monti. Anbefales :)

Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin funktionierte sehr gut. Es wurde schnell auf Anfragen von uns reagiert. Wir waren mit unseren beiden Hunden dort. Direkt vor der Unterkunft finden sich gute Möglichkeiten zum spazieren mit den Hunden. Die U-Bahnstation Rebibbia ist in ein paar Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen und man kann sehr günstig (circa 1,5 - 2 Euro pro Tag) überdacht parken.

Alex was an ideal host. Met us on arrival and showed us around. He was always available via messages if required. The house was fantastic and the gardens and pool were beautiful. The pool is quite deep with a diving board. We decided not to rent a car and taxis were quite expensive so we relied on buses and the metro to get around. A metro bus ticket is 1.50 euros which gives you 100 minutes of travel on the bus and metro ( only one metro ride per ticket ). There are 3 big supermarkets including Lidl which can be reached catching the 88 bus outside the gate. The 906 bus can take you to Valle Aurelia where you can catch the metro to Rome Central. Overall, we all had a fantastic time and loved every minute of it. A fantastic host of a lovely villa.

We travel to Rome often, this is the best place so far. There is a terrace with shade, ideal to cool off when the weather is too hot. The host provided things for the breakfast in the fridge as well as free soft drinks. Upon arrival we were met by the host Andrea who showed us in. The Colosseum is 5 minutes by foot.

Jacopo was an INCREDIBLE host. I have rarely encountered a friendlier, more proactive, helpful, and extraordinarily accommodating host. He even let us stay a few hours later than the scheduled check-out to make it easier for us to make our flight. The apartment was perfectly clean and extremely comfortable. It was so nice having two bathrooms and a washer/dryer. The property is not in the center of Rome, but it is serviced by several buses, so if you give yourself some time, it's easy to get to the center. There is an excellent restaurant--rated one of the very best Carbonara in Rome--just minutes from Jacopo's apartment.

Perfect place to stay in Rome for a family. The property was clean, convenient and had everything we needed. Flaviana was so helpful and accommodated our every request.

Ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt um Rom zu erkunden! Wohltuende Ruhe - vor allem die Dachterrasse sehr erholsam. Die Kommunikation war freundlich und sehr entgegenkommend. Die Taxi-Vermittlung zu Giordano, einem exzellenten Autofahrer, freundlich & ruhig trotz Mega-Verkehr! - hat den Airport-Transfer sehr erleichtert.

I wasn't sure if we would like staying so close to the Pantheon with crowds and noise etc, but it was just perfect. The apartment is in an a very old building - common central court area felt like a medieval castle! And very quiet once inside. The apt was nicely renovated! We occasionally heard people from the other apartments, but nothing from outside. (No windows were directly to outside which did not bother us.) The location was central to everything--we walked everywhere (8 minutes to Trevi Fountain early in the morning to avoid the huge crowds! Our entry to the Pantheon was also easy with 9am tickets). Our walk to our Vatican Museums tour was the longest, 35 minutes but we enjoyed the sites along the way, taking our route by Castel Sant' Angelo. Colosseum tour meeting place was 25 min. Alessia -the KINDEST host ever, helpful, clear instructions. Appreciated vouchers for a croissant and coffee for each morning at cafe on the other side of the building & cold waters on arrival!

Place was clean and close to the central train station and 10-15 min walk to the Colusseum. Lots of great local spots to eat and the hosts were very responsive to our needs.

Comfortable Stay in a Peaceful Area I stayed for three nights in this peaceful residential area, close to the Aura Department Store and a Bangladeshi minimarket. The unit has three lovely bedrooms and two bathrooms, which was great for our group. However, there are no locks on the doors, and the rooms are not soundproof; I could easily hear my friends talking. The kitchen is well-equipped with various seasonings, but it’s inconvenient that using the washing machine and dryer isn’t allowed between 8 pm and 9 am, especially for early risers heading out for excursions. A major drawback was the renovation work in the unit below, which started at 8 am and went until 4 pm, creating absolutely disruptive drilling and knocking noise throughout the day. Despite these issues, the location and amenities made for a decent stay overall.

Casa realmente hermosa, zona tranquila, a escasos minutos del Coliseo!! Daniele fue muy amable, nos dio recomendaciones locales, incluso nos dejó panesillos, definitivamente recomiendo este lugar.

This is such a beautiful apartment, very well appointed and in a great location. You can walk everywhere which is helpful with the Rome traffic and despite being so central (15 minute walk to the Trevi fountain) it’s lovely and quiet at night. The terraces are beautiful and catch the sun all day long. Rudi was very responsive and friendly from start to finish. Would thoroughly recommend.

Definitely worth considering this location if you want to feel like you are in a less touristy part, where locals eat, meet and live. It's not too far to walk to the centre or the colloseum and is between two beautiful basilicas. There is a metro stop about 5 mins walk, you are near to termini as well. The apartment is large and has all amenities. It's clean and light. Alvise is a great host with helpful advice and put us in touch with a company to arrange airport transfers which was super easy. Lots of coffee places and pizzerias nearby as well as an Irish pub and Chinese nextdoor. Can be noisy, but we didn't mind. All in all, I think it's a great option.

Very good support from the host, good recommendations. It was our first time in Rome, Livia provided good instructions for transportation tips.

The place is great and accurately described. Super walkable (to different neighborhoods too) and easy to access. Michelle was great and super helpful. FYI, the washer/dryer is a combined unit so loads can take awhile.

Anna Maria’s Nuances apartment at the Colosseum was spectacular! It was spotless clean and offered all the best amenities, such as slippers, and dental kits as one would expect at a 5+ star hotel. The beds and pillows were very comfortable as well. The apartment is located on a very quiet street but close to many restaurants and bars. Travelling with young children, we appreciated the quiet. The apartment is within close walkable proximity to all the major attractions, such as the Spanish Steps and the Trevi fountain. Anna Maria, herself was very responsive and was there to meet us and to give us a tour of the apartment. I would definitely recommend this apartment!! Thank you Anna Maria for being a wonderful host!
