Amazing place!! The entire apartment is very unique and so nice. We all loved it so much. Andrea’s recommendations of places to eat were perfect. These are restaurants you may not find on your own but were all so good. Location is perfect, we walked everywhere and we were close to everything. The garden patio, unique windows and everything in the apartment has a very calming vibe. Andrea was super easy to coordinate our arrival. We loved it and we were all so glad that we stayed there.

Stefano met us in person during check-in, and we felt his warm hospitality from the beginning. He is patient and very helpful, gave us guides to nearby supermarkets, great food and great gelato. Furthermore, everything is walking distance away. Stefano and Alessia's place is really conveniently located, and we enjoyed the accessibility even to the city center of Rome. We really appreciate Stefano's proactive hospitality and always sharing with us that he's a message away.

The views are breathtaking. The area is perfectly walkable to almost all the big archeological sites and good food. The apartment was huge, the kitchen was perfect. The air conditioning units don’t really work effectively, it was hot without the windows open at night. There was someone playing live music and singing downstairs right outside the colosseum every night which we loved.

Our stay exceeded every expectation. The location is absolutely perfect - being so close to Metro Line A made exploring Rome effortless, with immediate access to all the major sites and attractions throughout the city. The local dining scene around the property is outstanding. We discovered some incredible restaurants nearby, with Ardecore being an absolute standout - hands down the best pizza we've ever had! The neighborhood truly gave us an authentic Roman experience. The space itself was a wonderful surprise, much more spacious than we anticipated and perfectly suited our needs. We were traveling as a three-generation group (myself, my husband, and my father), and the layout worked beautifully for all of us. What truly set this stay apart was Andrea and the team's exceptional hospitality. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort throughout our visit. Thankyou team for helping create so much special memories for our family. We would absolutely stay here again.

Loved our stay here! From the moment we arrived it was perfect. Gabrielle was fabulous and helped arrange a private driver to and from the airport . The area was beautiful . We loved the restaurant recommendations and cherished our time exploring Rome and Vatican City. The views were amazing!

Fantastic stay in Rome! The location near the Spanish Steps couldn’t have been better—easy to walk to all the major sights, with lots of great cafes and restaurants around. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Our host was friendly, responsive, and made us feel right at home. Highly recommend!

This apartment is located very close to the Colosseum. There were a lot of restaurants nearby and the hop on hop off bus was also pretty close. There are three locks that you must use to enter the apartment. You will need to use your phone, so make sure that your battery does not go dead. At the end of each day both my husband and my phone was pretty much dead. We carried a battery with us. Falis was wonderful because she let us put our luggage into the unit early. Otherwise, I don’t know what we would’ve done. We were coming from a cruise and the ship gets in really early. The unit itself is very clean. It is small, but it worked for us. Do keep in mind that the shower is tiny even smaller than a cruise ship shower. Also, you will need to supply your own body wash and shampoo. Luckily, I did have some of that with me otherwise we would’ve had to go shopping. The home is very modern. And I really liked that. Overall, we had a lovely experience.

A perfect retreat after a busy couple of weeks exploring Italy! We were so thankful we ended our trip at Belkys's beautiful home. Spotlessly clean, spacious, and very comfortable, it really was a lovely place to stay. We felt totally relaxed and enjoyed the pool and hot tub. It's located in the quiet countryside, but is also close enough to Rome for day trips, and a short drive to the airport. Belkys is a wonderful, responsive host. Thank you for a lovely stay!

The apartment is authentic and has lots of soul and charm. Excellent towels. Gorgeous garden, with tons of jasmine in bloom. Best restaurants in town are within easy walking distance, and the immediate neighborhood is gorgeous and feels secluded with tons of atmosphere. Paolo and his family are conscientious hosts. Would absolutely come back!

We travel to Rome often, this is the best place so far. There is a terrace with shade, ideal to cool off when the weather is too hot. The host provided things for the breakfast in the fridge as well as free soft drinks. Upon arrival we were met by the host Andrea who showed us in. The Colosseum is 5 minutes by foot.

The accommodation was pleasant in a quiet part of the city (although planes flew over us, it was quiet inside and we slept well), the surroundings are poorly maintained and the houses are old, but otherwise everything is fine, we moved without worries even in the evening, about 10 minutes walk to the subway, near the super store Sacoph. The kitchen was well equipped, the bathroom was also equipped, the bed and pillows were comfortable. Daniela is very nice, she gave recommendations for restaurants, taxi and communicated great. We also found another restaurant nearby and we can only recommend Osteria Amici Divini. Rome is worth a visit, Daniela, thank you 🧡

We had a lovely stay in Bolsena. The house is in a great location with excellent views from the multiple balconies and roof terrace. It was very clean and check-in/check-out experience was very simple. Communication with Oystein was very good and plenty of useful information provided. Would highly recommend staying here!

On top of the amazing stay, the beds were comfy with great linen. Such a gorgeous find. Would have loved to stay longer. The balcony at night was a highlight.

Perfect place to stay in Rome for a family. The property was clean, convenient and had everything we needed. Flaviana was so helpful and accommodated our every request.

Great location, apartment was nice and as described. Hosts were responsive. Be aware if you are coming with a SUV parking might be challenging (smaller car is ok).

Sandro was an excellent host and very responsive to any questions that we had. He put together a wonderful book outlining everything from restaurants to what to expect at places of interest. We got there early and he met us at the apartment and allowed us to store our baggage until the apartment was cleaned. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone traveling and planning on seeing the Vatican.

It was a very nice stay, beautiful appartment, very spacious with everything forna comfortable stay :)

Very well located apartment, especially for public transport: bus, tram, metro. We'll be in the center in less than half an hour. In addition, direct access to the airport by the regional train, the Ostiense station is a 10-minute walk. Very convenient supermarket almost at the foot of the building, which is also very nice. If there was only one negative point it would be the noise, not in the building but around it. That said, you get used to it and it's not really embarrassing. The apartment is pleasant, well-equipped. Small touches, such as hygiene products that are provided, bottles of fresh water in the fridge on our arrival... Livia was very responsive, let us in as soon as the cleaning was finished, and especially let us stay longer on the day of departure, which allowed us to enjoy our last morning without our luggage... Thank you for everything and happy hosting.

Giordano was a great host. Accommodation was clean, tidy and exactly as described. Easy to find all of the tourist attractions with lots of bars and restaurants nearby. We had a lovely stay!

Great stay and very close to Vatican. Steps away from the Metro which we used to see attractions further away. Italia was fabulous host, always tentative with responses and helped us book a taxi to airport. Fabulous to have two bedrooms and two bathrooms for getting ready! Loved it!
