The beach is steps away through our exclusive access. The whole building is only 6 units- very peaceful, not like the hub-bub of Myrtle Beach. Second floor, no elevator...Restaurants, bars, golf, fishing, sightseeing, shopping, are all close by. We have added a ring door camera outside unit. Bed linens and towels are provided and included in price.

Absolutely no pets allowed or parties as there are many Seniors in the building and guest pets are not permitted under the HOA.

We are located in a cozy 4 story building with an elevator and your own private entrance on the first floor, and It feels like your own oasis. Garden City pier is a half mile stroll down the beach which has fishing, food, and entertainment.
