I can't say enough about this home.... My wife loved it SO MUCH she wants to move to Las Vegas!! This place is Amazing. so much to do if you plan on just having a day or so at home. We were gone so much that we barely took advantage of everything that was available. COMMUNICATION WAS AWESOME, VERY RESPONSIVE HOST!!! I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.... VERY VERY CLEAN AND COZY... The wife and I already said if we come back this place is DEFINITELY where we want to be.... WE LOVED IT HERE

Steve was a great host! Responsive to any questions or issues that we had. There was an Internet grid outage that was no fault of his, and he stayed in contact trying to get things resolved quickly. The house was set up perfectly for our group of 12. It was easy to get/take Ubers back and forth to the house, very close to the strip! The back yard was great for lounging, plenty of space for all. We would definitely come back for a stay at Steve’s place. If you’re looking for a great, responsive host you’re looking for Steve. The house itself is great for large groups, or even just to stay out of the direct hustle and bustle of the strip while maintaining convenient close proximity! Don’t hesitate to book! We had a lovely time.

Just back after spending 4 days - highly recommend this location for any trip to Vegas …. Either with friends or with a family. Location is amazing…. Every minor detail taken care off for rooms, bathrooms kitchen etc…. Everything was stocked and ready for us! Pool and outdoor area is perfect to unwind after a busy evening/ night on the strip….. Michael was excellent in communications and helping us settle in and enjoy….. will 100% stay here again when back in Vegas.

Our party of 6 and our furry friend very much enjoyed our stay. Home was very clean and as described. Well stocked kitchen with everything you need! Upon arrival check in was very easy and smooth. Adelmo was quick to respond to my questions both before and after booking. The pool being heated was a great bonus as the weather wasn't quite "hot" enough to enjoy a pool without it being heated . Hot tub was nice and very nice yard. Added bonus was no pet fee and no fee for heating the pool! Close to the strip, but far enough away in a very quiet and relaxed neighborhood. We will definitely be staying here again. Thank you Adelmo!

Beautiful house and nice neighborhood. The pool, the Pickleball court, and the board games kept my kids busy and they love everything about the house. Andrea was very prompt with responding to my messages. The house look exactly like the pictures and everything was very neat and organized. I would definitely recommend staying here and the next time we do a family vacation in Vegas this house is my first pick. I give this house a five star in every category.

Perfect location! My family had a wonderful stay at this airbnb. The house itself was clean and decorated so cool! My family spent most of our time in the backyard relaxing and enjoying the amenities. Bill and Elaine were very responsive. I have already recommended this airbnb to family and friends. We definitely will be back!

The property was very spacious and close to the strip, airport, and shopping centers. The field was not fully shown in the pictures, but it was an awesome surprise because it was big enough for us to play baseball. Our group loved the Airbnb and wouldn't mind coming back if we were to visit Vegas again. Joseph is a fantastic host. Very accommodating and responsive. 100% would recommend to others.

Great place. Conveniently located close to shopping and restaurants. It was clean, comfy beds and easily accommodated our family. We appreciated the hot tub. While I understand the need for restricted hours to use the backyard (10 am to 10 pm), I would have appreciated it they started earlier so I could have enjoyed my coffee outside :) Hosts were very helpful and overall, we would gladly return.

This house is such a cool & comfy place to stay. It is located in a quiet & peaceful gated community a few miles from the strip. The location was perfect! The only downside is that the parking within this community is sparse. You may have to drive around for a few minutes to find a spot. It's just a minor inconvenience. Shannon is great! She was proactively messaging me before the day of arrival to make sure I had all the details needed. She assured me that she'd be reachable during my stay if I had any questions. My girlfriend & I, and our blended group of teens all enjoyed our short stay in Vegas and will definitely choose this place to stay during future visits.

Great place to stay. Host was quick and friendly with messages. The house was clean, dog friendly, and had plenty of space: 4 bedrooms and a big kitchen with lots of seating at the table and island. The house looked exactly like the pictures in the profile. Kitchen had everything we needed. It’s about 20 minutes from the Vegas Strip, 15 minutes to Fremont Street, and a short drive (~5 minutes) to stores and restaurants. The backyard’s large with a hot tub and fire pit. EV charger in the garage. Would definitely book again.

It was a great place to stay & felt home home away from home. Highly recommend property for solo, couple or family. A bit off from the strip but it's a 15min walk. Very cool & calm location and can relax in the property with a lot of amenities around & a cafe inside. The owners Bras & Sarah are good, as their response is really quick & are just a message away. In total enjoyed my stay at this level lovely property. Great job guys!!
