Sleeps 9, Full kitchen with breakfast bar and dining table, full laundry, screened in patio area with fridge, Lots of parking. Boat slip is owner occupied but you are welcome to tie up to the dock.

Location is great if you want to get out and about or just enjoy some peace/quiet. Asphalt access to the start of drive. Home looks down the main channel but inside no wake zone. Dock has swim platform w great sun/quiet water. Boat lift & 2 PWC lifts available $. We also have a canoe & lilly pad for rent. Each bdrm has a queen bed & both couches pull out.
