PLEASE NOTE : IN CASE THE CALENDAR IS FULLY BOOKED, THERE IS ANOTHER 2ND BEACHFRONT APARTMENT AVAILABLE, NEXT TO THIS ONE, ON THE SAME HOUSE AND ON THE SAME FLOOR (for more info please contact me) .Nel residence Geremeas Mare, vicino alla magnifica spiaggia di Geremeas, fra Cagliari e Villasimius, e a circa 35 km dall'aeroporto di Cagliari, il complesso si compone di edifici a tre piani e diversi corpi più piccoli distribuiti nella folta vegetazione mediterranea: appartamento semi indipendente al piano terra con giardino di 1000 mq circa composto da ingresso, salone con camino e divano letto matrimoniale, cucinotto completamente attrezzato, camera da letto matrimoniale, un bagno con vasca, veranda con vista mare dove e' possibile anche mangiare all'aperto e si gode di una quiete e di un panorama davvero sensazionali. L'appartamento e' climatizzato (sistema freddo/caldo), dotato di ogni comfort (2 tv con lettore dvd, stereo, 2 a/c, frigorifero con freezer, forno microonde, tostapane, frullatore, ferro con asse da stiro, asciugacapelli, sedie, sdrai e ombrelloni da spiaggia, piccolo barbeque, lavatrice) e DISTA SOLI 5 METRI CIRCA DALLA SPLENDIDA SPIAGGIA DI GEREMEAS, all'interno di un complesso con accesso per i soli residenti. La baia di Geremeas, lunga 3 km, è sicuramente una delle più belle della costa. Il mare cristallino raggiunge subito una certa profondità e la sabbia è bianca e di grana un po' grossa. Sicuramente apprezzabili le dune di sabbia che spiccano dietro la spiaggia. L'appartamento è disponibile da subito. La casa è situata nel centro storico di Sant'antioco e si sviluppa in due piani. Al piano terra si trova la zona giorno con divano, TV e cucina con di tutti gli elettrodomestici (Frigorifero, fornetto). Inoltre e' presente un cortile con ampio barbeque e tavolo e sedie per pranzi e cene all'aperto. Al primo piano si trovano le due camere da letto e il bagno completo di lavabo, vaso, bidet, box doccia e lavatrice.

Ogni dettaglio della casa è stato curato e ricercato per tempo affinché si possa godere del più totale relax. Completa di ogni accessorio. La scala è di moderna concezione, bisogna stare attenti ai bambini, non vogliamo bloccare con" non adatto ai bambini" perché amiamo i nostri piccoli ospiti. L'abitazione ha due zone all'aperto una di queste permette di organizzare delle rilassanti cene all'aperto.

Mini appartamento nel paese di Sant'Antioco, in zona centrale ma tranquilla e silenziosa. La casa è stata appena ristrutturata ed è molto accogliente, pur essendo in una via molto silenziosa è a pochi passi dal centro e dal lungomare, vicina a tutti i servizi, non avrete bisogno di usare l'auto se non per raggiungere le spiagge. La spiaggia più vicina si trova a 6 km di distanza.
