We (6 adults and 2 kids) loved staying here! The house layout is a bit peculiar but it worked for us. Mario was an incredible host. Super responsive, had great local recommendations, left yummy goodies on arrival. You do need a car as the place is not walkable to anything. The views and pool are all worth it. We highly recommend!

Rita and Riccardo were amazing hosts. So friendly and helpful. Our arrival was late and they even offered to get us things for breakfast the next morning. They were very friendly and offered local recommendations. Their house was dreamy and we look forward to staying with them again in the future. I HIGHLY recommend this house and these people for your vacation plans.

Ritornerò’ sicuramente: casa tenuta benissimo,pulitissima, perfettamente accessoriata di tutto cio’ che necessita una permanenza. Sabrina's place was wonderful. The house had large open spaces & an incredible terrace outside with beautiful view. Its situated in a condominium with a large shared pool, which our children adored. We also enjoyed the free evening entertainment at the nearby Chia Laguna. Sabrina was quick & efficient responding to any issues, and very accommodating when we needed things. We'd love to come back!

We had an absolutely outstanding stay. The house was incredibly clean, very spacious, and comfortable in every way. One of the highlights was the garden—truly one of the most beautiful I’ve ever seen. Every corner was perfectly curated and impeccably maintained. The pool was lovely and added to the overall relaxing atmosphere. The host, Paolo, was exceptionally friendly and responsive, and his family was just as welcoming and kind. Any time I had a question, he was quick to answer and always helpful. Check-in and check-out were smooth and easy, and the property was simple to find. All in all, this was a perfect stay. I genuinely have no complaints and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful, relaxing and high-quality stay. I’d love to come back!

Le logement est très agréable, avec une belle piscine et à proximité de la côte et des plages en voiture. Gian Luca était très réactif, je recommande !

Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub. Die Pools sind traumhaft schön. Allerdings müssen wir ganz ehrlich sagen, wären wir nicht mit Freunden zusammen dort gewesen die die Villa bewohnt haben wäre es zum Teil etwas schwierig geworden. Die Sitzgelegenheiten vor dem Poolhaus sind vorhanden aber bis zum Abend sehr heiß. Küche ist vorhanden mit allen was man braucht aber mit einer sehr sehr kleinen Arbeitsfläche die es sehr schwer macht zu kochen. Das war für uns aber kein Problem da wir den Großteil an der Villa verbracht haben. Wir hatten uns für diese Ferienhäuser entschieden da in der Beschreibung stand es gibt die Villa und das Poolhaus, allerdings ist das Poolhaus eine Doppelhaushälfte die auch bewohnt wird. Auf dem Gelände selber befindet sich noch weitere Ferienhäuser und es gibt einen Kiosk und einen weiteren Pool(der traumhaft ist) Es kommen aber auch Tagesgäste auf das Grundstück. Das alles ist nur zur Info. Wir hatten trotz allem einen tollen. Aufenthalt.

Tolle Unetrkunft - alles wie auf den Fotos. Ruhige Lage mit tollem Blick auf das Meer. Enrico war jederzeit erreichbar und hilfreich bei unseren Fragen.

If you're looking for a peaceful, smooth sailing, Sardinian retreat, this is your place! Rafaella is truly the kindest and generous host you could ask for. From the moment I booked they were available to answer questions and requests and more. Throughout the stay this continued if not increased! As for their place it is just so so lovely. On the first night we got there, we sat there and melted into the peaceful night, no sounds but nature, a breath of fresh air from city life! Everything we could have needed was provided, so many thoughtful touches that show the heart of Rafaella! Thanks to Rafaella's great recommendations in the info booklet, our trip was so perfect! Definitely go to Su Cambidu if you visit Cagliari, get everything you can >.< The location is great, so so many beautiful beaches nearby, wildlife/nature parks, also the Grotte caves with aragonite crystals, and the beautiful SP71 coastal road. We hired a car. if you want a peaceful holiday that feels like home go here.

Afgegaan op alle positieve recensies en kan concluderen dat alles wat gezegd is klopt. Een heel mooi rustige locatie. Super fijn huis waar werkelijk alles aanwezig is. Veel (strand) speelgoed voor de kids. En een fantastische tuin. Ook waren Tommaso en Roberto om voor de start al eten en drinken te voorzien. Roberto en Tommaso reageren direct bij vragen en zijn heel vriendelijk. Verder laten ze je lekker met rust en genieten van de vakantie. Je hebt wel een auto nodig voor de locatie maar alles is dicht bij te berijden. De mooiste stranden zoals Tuerredda en Giudeu zijn met 10 a 15 min te bereiken. Kortom een aanrader!

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in Alessandros Haus! Alessandro hat uns vorab schon viele tolle Tipps zukommen lassen und war jederzeit erreichbar. Wir wurden bei unserer Ankunft mit sardischen Köstlichkeiten überrascht. Check-In und Out verliefen unkompliziert. Wir waren von der Lage, dem Blick und der Ausstattung des Hauses absolut begeistert. Das Haus ist 8 Gehminuten vom wunderschönen Strand entfernt - auch hier! Alessandro hat uns Liegen und Schirme zur Verfügung gestellt, was absolut nicht selbstverständlich ist. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe, wenn man etwas benötigt. Wir hatten kurzzeitig ein Problem mit dem Bewässerungssystem, nach kurzer Kontaktaufnahme mit Alessandro sind 5 Minuten später Gärtner eingetroffen die das Ganze behoben haben. Wir sind sehr zufrieden gewesen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Wir können die Unterkunft jedem wärmstens weiterempfehlen! Danke für diese unglaublich tolle Zeit 🌞❤️

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in Claudios Unterkunft. Das Haus war sauber, man hat alles was man braucht und die Lage ist schön ruhig. Es ist zu empfehlen ein Auto zu mieten, dann sind die Strände in der Umgebung innerhalb von 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Claudio war sehr nett und die Kommunikation verlief reibungslos. Er hat uns super viele und gute Empfehlungen gegeben, um die Gegend zu erkunden. Danke für den schönen Urlaub!

Appartamento curatissimo e completo di tutto ( proprio tutto, non portate nulla da casa) con una bellissima terrazza su cui pranzare e cenare in una zona residenziale vicina al Centro. Valore aggiunto è la gestione di Anna proattiva e sempre disponibile, davvero preziosa!

ciao, non è mio solito scrivere recensioni purtroppo ma stavolta mi sono promesso di farlo per come sono stato gestito, faccio i miei complimenti ti e ringrazio Cristina e Vincenzo per come ci hanno seguiti, ho passato 10 giorni in famiglia con 2 bambini di 3 e 6 anni fantastici . si sono dimostrati sempre presenti e attivi ad aiutare, la loro casa è molto bella noi siamo stati molto bene, vicino c'è farmacia, market , prelievo bancomat e bar non serve altro. ciao a presto

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Die Unterkunft ist gemütlich, schön und praktisch eingerichtet, mit gut ausgestatteter Küche, zum Draussenessen eine kleine, gedeckte Terrasse mit angrenzendem Garten. Gigi ist ein aufmerksamer und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Eine schöne Bade-Bucht ist zu Fuss in 10 Minuten erreichbar, weitere wunderbare Sandstrände sind im Umkreis von max. einer halben Auto-Stunde gelegen.

Siamo stati in questa casa la prima settimana di agosto, posizione perfetta se si vuole stare lontani dal caos. Fantastico spazio esterno per rilassarsi cenare e pranzare; ampio spazio anche per auto all’interno della proprietà. Aria condizionata super gradita! Casa spaziosissima e perfetta! Cucina nuovissima e attrezzata per ogni necessità! Francesca e Luigi ci hanno accolto in maniera splendida e ci hanno fatto sentire proprio come se fossimo a casa nostra! ❤️ Cercheremo sicuramente di tornare vista la posizione perfetta e la casa impeccabile.💖

We carried out a lot of research before settling on Casa Delle Sirene. What a find! It was exactly as described and pictured, beautiful inside and out with its own private parking space. It had lovely private gardens with lovely flora and fauna. Inside was spacious, spotlessly clean, and well-equipped throughout . The beds were very comfortable and the pillows (which we are very particular about) were the best we’ve ever had whilst away from home, making for very good nights sleep. The kitchen served its purpose perfectly and the showers were great. There was always plenty of hot water. We had a couple of issues where we needed to contact our host. The electric tripped after a thunderstorm which our host sorted very quickly, and we also had a WiFi outage but again the host sorted swiftly. The apartment is only a 50m walk away to a beautiful sandy beach and only a short walk to bars, restaurants and the supermarket. Perfect location, and accommodation and is highly recommended.

Die alleinstehende Villa liegt direkt am Strand und hat damit eine großartige Lage. Der Blick aufs Meer jeden Morgen war überragend. Der Strandabschnitt direkt vor dem Haus ist sauber und ruhig. Der Empfang durch Laura, Marcos Mutter, war sehr herzlich und einladend (sardische Süßigkeiten, Sekt und Eis als Willkommensgruß). Die Kommunikation mit Marco und Laura war unkompliziert und freundlich. Die Ausstattung und die Räumlichkeiten haben die Beschreibung und die Bilder in der Anzeige eher übertroffen. Die Gartenmöbel wurden z.B. erneuert und die Räume sind heller und freundlicher als auf den Bildern. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist ausgezeichnet: ein Kajak, Liegen für den Garten, eine warme Außendusche, die Küche war ebenfalls sehr gut ausgestattet - nur eine Geschirrspülmaschine haben wir etwas vermisst. Wir waren eine Gruppe mit 10 Personen (2 Kindern) und haben in der Unterkunft gut Platz gefunden. Vielen Dank für die tolle Woche! Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen!
