House vacation rentals in Sulcis

We (6 adults and 2 kids) loved staying here! The house layout is a bit peculiar but it worked for us. Mario was an incredible host. Super responsive, had great local recommendations, left yummy goodies on arrival. You do need a car as the place is not walkable to anything. The views and pool are all worth it. We highly recommend!

We had a fabulous week in Sardinia, our accomadation made it a relaxing and comfortable week. The Villa is great, good ammenities, great pool and a to die for location ! Our host Marco was awesome, great communication, easy check in, and full of help and ideas to make it a special week !

We had an outstanding stay at Villa Stella Marina. The communication with Matty was excellent both before and during our stay. Everything was well organized so we only met Matty for check-in and check-out, but he was making sure at all times in a very unobtrusive manner that everything was to our liking. The house itself lived up to the description in every way. The location is outstanding. The view is fantastic. In addition to the private pool, there is a larger communal pool for further fun. The description refers to the 65 steps - a small price to pay for such an amazing view. All in all, a successful stay that was not tarnished by anything. We can wholeheartedly recommend a stay at Villa Stella Marina. Grazie mille.

Massimo's vacation home is a bit remote, a gravel road leads a few hundred meters along the coast to this cozy and quiet spot. The Spaggia dei Francesi (small lagoon with crystal clear water and fine-grained, white sand) is about 200 m from the house. The garden with pool and large barbecue area is surrounded by a protective wall. The vacation home offers plenty of space and is ideal for a stay with two families or a group. We sincerely appreciate Massimo's hospitality! Glad to come back!

What a beautiful villa in spectacular location, we would love to visit again! The views from the terrace were utterly stunning and allowed us sun all day plus glorious sunsets in the evenings. Thank you Gloria😊

Wow ! This place is an absolute gem! Just totally homely, pool and gardens amazing and loved seeing the turtles! We were able to chat every day via translation app with Ben and Franca what wonderful people! A definite return!

We stayed as two families with a baby and a toddler, and everything was absolutely perfect. The apartment is extremely child-friendly and thoughtfully equipped – we didn’t miss a thing. Taty was a wonderful host, always available, and even helped us arrange a hairdresser appointment, which was incredibly kind and helpful. If you're looking for a peaceful, smooth sailing, Sardinian retreat, this is your place! Rafaella is truly the kindest and generous host you could ask for. From the moment I booked they were available to answer questions and requests and more. Throughout the stay this continued if not increased! As for their place it is just so so lovely. On the first night we got there, we sat there and melted into the peaceful night, no sounds but nature, a breath of fresh air from city life! Everything we could have needed was provided, so many thoughtful touches that show the heart of Rafaella! Thanks to Rafaella's great recommendations in the info booklet, our trip was so perfect! Definitely go to Su Cambidu if you visit Cagliari, get everything you can >.< The location is great, so so many beautiful beaches nearby, wildlife/nature parks, also the Grotte caves with aragonite crystals, and the beautiful SP71 coastal road. We hired a car. if you want a peaceful holiday that feels like home go here.

We were very lucky to be able to spend our time in Sardinia in this wonderful accommodation! The location is great – quiet and surrounded by stunning nature. The accommodation itself is furnished with a lot of love for detail. It was all sparkling clean and we felt immediately comfortable. We were particularly impressed by the spacious terrace, where we could watch the starry sky in the evening with a glass of wine. Lucia was incredibly warm and helpful. She gave us great tips and made sure we had everything we needed. It was noticeable that she attaches great importance to ensuring that her guests feel completely comfortable. If you are looking for peace and relaxation, this is the place to be. We highly recommend this place and will definitely be back! Thanks for a wonderful time!

We LOVED our stay at Nella’s place. The location is perfect for those that want a peaceful, private, and relaxing stay. But it’s still very close to Teulada for dinners or popping to get amenities. The view of the ocean and hills every morning and evening was incredible. It’s a great location to explore some of the best (in our opinion) coastline and beaches in Sardinia. Nella and her daughter were very responsive and responded quickly when we had any question. We hope to be back next year!

Enrico is a great host! The communication from the beginning was friendly, clear and reliable. The house was just as beautiful as in the description – very clean, well equipped and furnished with a lot of love for detail. We felt right at home. Check-in and check-out were also completely straightforward. You can tell that Enrico is passionate about his work and wants to make his guests have a pleasant time. I highly recommend staying with him and would come back anytime!

Nice cottage with all necessities, traditional but with enough luxury. We were warmly welcomed even though we arrived late, and got a lot of explanations about the house and surroundings. The rest of the week the owners were not there, but otherwise madre lives in the basement, and she has her own garden. We especially loved the big garden with flowers and lots of places to sit down. There were often sweet cats walking around, very cozy. It was incredibly quiet at night. We used the bikes to discover the many beaches, very convenient. In many places, beach bars were already open, even though it was still pre season. A somewhat larger supermarket is a 15-minute drive away. The walk along the coast on the old Roman road is recommended.

Very nice place ,we were very welcomed. Clean inside, everything we need (ex : coffee machine +caps,salt, pots and pans ) all outdoor equipment (umbrella,sun loungers). Linens and towels clean- it was our next trip to Sardinia and we were positively surprised by this. We stayed at Maria's place for 10 days and it was a really excellent experience. The apartment is extremely comfortable, with attention to every detail and equipped with everything you need to feel at home. The impeccable cleanliness and welcoming atmosphere made our stay even more pleasant. Maria is an attentive and helpful host, always ready to help with courtesy and discretion. Highly recommended for those looking for a quiet, functional and well-organized accommodation. We look forward to coming back!

Claudio's place fully matches the description and photos. We immediately felt at home. The cottage with front garden and seating has a lot of charm and was decorated with a lot of love for detail. It is authentic and without unnecessary frills, everything necessary is there. The drinkable water from the tap was enjoyed. With the slightly set-back location, it is very quiet, although you live in the middle of the village. We slept wonderfully and enjoyed the bird mix in the morning and evening. Everything, including beautiful beaches, is within walking distance in the village: the bakery just around the corner, the pasticceria with delicious homemade pasta, a well-visited bar, a bookstore and also smaller and larger shops for everyday use. Claudio is easily accessible at all times. He has many good TIpps on request for exploring the beautiful island. It is very easy to live in this charming cottage!

We stayed in the house for 5 nights with two children and a dog and felt very comfortable. Despite the wind and weather, the terrace is a good place to eat and linger. We had our bikes with us and were able to explore the surrounding beaches well. Also worth mentioning are the comfortable beds and the beautiful bathroom. Overall, a very good mix of old and new!

The house was clean and tidy, in the historic center of Iglesias, a stone's throw from the cathedral. It's good for short stays, great location for visiting the surrounding area.

Villa La Caletta is a super nice accommodation, with spacious rooms and very good facilities. The spacious outdoor area invites you to sunbathe and watch the stars in several places. A barbecue area is also available. Alberto is a great host who is always available and responds to the wishes of his customers. Our conclusion we will come back
