Surrounded by greenery it offers the scents of typical Mediterranean vegetation combined with the sea breeze. The villa is located in a quiet street in San Teodoro a few minutes from the beach (8 minutes on foot) and the center with access to all services. The house is on one level and has large outdoor areas equipped.The house is developed on one level with large open spaces.

Cozy and functional apartment in the heart of San Teodoro, perfect for couples, families, or small groups. Located on the second floor, it has two bedrooms (one double and one single), a bathroom with a bidet, and a bright, air-conditioned living area. The living area is equipped with Wi-Fi, a 32" Smart TV, a dining table, a stove, an oven, and a Lavazza A Modo Mio coffee machine. Outside you can relax on the private veranda with a table, ideal for outdoor breakfasts or dinners.

Small country house in northern Sardinia

We rent our small but stylish guest house in the north of Sardinia in the middle of the beautiful Gallura, far from the tourist bustle of the coastal cities. Thanks to our central location, both the dream beaches of the west coast such as Rena Majore or Naracu Nieddu as well as the magnificent beaches in the north and northeast are within approx. 20-25 minutes by car. The top surf spot of Porto Pollo is about 20 minutes, and the Costa Smeralda in about 30 minutes.

The suite is located in the Monte Contros district of Porto San Paolo, from which you can enjoy a panoramic view of the sea. The suite consists of a double bedroom, a private bathroom and a well-kept garden in which the hot tub is located for exclusive use. The accommodation is totally independent. Every detail has been taken care of to create a pure visual experience, free of distractions, which induces a feeling of immediate relaxation as in an oasis of peace.
