We had a great stay at this house in Pisa! The location made commuting around the city really easy, and the host was very flexible and accommodating. Perfect spot for a family trip—comfortable, clean, and convenient. Would definitely recommend!

Lara is the most welcoming and heartfelt person. Our stay at La Radice couldn’t be any better really. The house and garden was amazing as well as Lara’s restaurant with the most delicious homemade food. Everything made us feel very at home. The location is fantastic, with stunning views of Livorno and Pisa, at sunset it is practically a painting. The location is strategic as Pisa, Lucca, Siena, San Gimignano and Montepulciano are just a stone's throw away. The accommodation, in a tower of an old medieval castle is definitely out of the ordinary. The garden, spacious and clean, very enjoyable in summer, also set up for the barbecue. Experience really worth recommending!

We had a great time on our holiday at the house in Levanto. The place has a beautiful view at the town, with lots of hiking trails and destinations in the area. The centre of Levanto is a little gem with the beach, shops and cafés.

we had a great time at the house of Sabrina and Massimo! the place is nicely renovated and has a very cosy feeling to it. The views from the garden were spectacular and it was nice and quiet in the area. it felt like an little Italian paradise. We really enjoyed the eggs and salad that Massimo gave us. They are both very friendly, helpfull and very quick to respond. Despite the colder weather, we had a great time and would recommend this place to anyone!

Leonard and his wife were very kind and welcoming, beginning to end. They were very responsive to our contacts with them and proactive in ensuring we were comfortable and had all we needed. They kindly invited us to join them and the wider family at a homemade pizza party in the garden one evening and later even brought us unexpected sweet treats. The property and it's garden estate were beautiful. We had gorgeous views from 3 sides of our apartment , mountains one way, across the valley another, and over the large garden on the 3rd side. All of the outlooks beautiful. It would be perfectly possible to use taxis and trains to get around the general area though having our own car there was very convenient for shopping and travelling as some attractions and facilities are several miles away. I feel our trip would have been less rich without a car. I'd describe the apartment as comfortable if rustic, but we had all we needed whether cooker, fridge, micro, washing machine etc.

Beautifully located in nature, accommodation in the mountains far away from the hustle and bustle. Super clean and very well-equipped place. Fantastically beautiful garden and great pool. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back.

Claudia is a great hostess, always very helpful and super nice. We felt very comfortable. The apartments have everything you need, the pool is great - very clean and with a wonderful view. The location is also great - in about 15 minutes you are in the Volterra and up to San Gimignano you only need half an hour. We will be happy to come back and thank you for the delicious oil and the nice holiday!

Carlo and Elena made sure that we felt at home right away. The welcome was the best you could ask for. The place is beautiful and clean and very comfy. They gave us a lot of tips for the area. And surprised us multiple times with delicious treats. We will be back for sure.

A fantastic time. We were very satisfied with our 2 toddlers. The apartment looked much better than in the photos. Sparkling clean and well equiped kitchen. We had the most fun by the pool, beautiful views, and super quiet. Only 45 min. from Pisa Tower. The hostess was very nice and helpful. We will definitely come back.

We stayed in this house during the Lucca fair. The hosts immediately welcomed us warmly, along with the very sweet dog Luna, making us feel like we were at home. The house is located above a hill of Balbano, thus ensuring a great silence. Having a large garden, it also has ample parking, which is not to be underestimated. The house is still being renovated so it is a nice house, but with a few small fixes still missing. Overall a good experience.

Deborah was the nicest host! She welcomed us with kindness and prepared everything nice for our stay. We would totally recommend the stay there, when you are searching for a quiet stay, but want to go for some Citytrips as well. :)

We stayed at Elena's house for two weeks as a couple with a newborn. The area is perfect because it is close to the sea (it can be reached on foot), a park and a supermarket. Very quiet and with a lot of greenery, but at the same time being in the heart of Versilia it is a stone's throw from clubs and restaurants. The house is more spacious than it appears from the listing and with a very comfortable and private garden. We recommend it!

As soon as you open the door, you fall in love with the place. Then seeing the view of the countryside makes it even better. The location was perfect for our needs of walking into town or driving to wineries and truffle hunting. Leonardo was responsive to all our questions and provided us with great ideas of things to do. Great solution for a relaxing weekend and wine tasting! Friendly and helpful hosts. The apartment is very nice and clean, with working heating and warm blankets! We had a good time. If I can give some advice: the pillows are quite hard, not very comfortable, and the "locked" door in the living room did not give us much peace of mind... but all in all a great stay!! :)

Everything met our expectations at David’s place! Very well thought out space with lots of nice details to make the apartment comfortable. We could only stay a weekend but would love to return for a longer stay.

Apartment in a great location, a 3-minute walk to the beach and the bus stop. Very quiet area away from noise, a place with a very comfortable and large bed (not a sofa bed), a kitchen area with everything you need, a large and functional bathroom (it was just a few more hangers), an outdoor area with a view of the port of Venus. Garage below. Porto venere reachable comfortably on foot. Gentle owners, in a way, neat and available. A great location for a vacation.

Wonderful retreat in the Tuscan mountains. The view of the valley is magnificent and invites you to dream. Enjoy the stars in the jacuzzi and the lights in the valley, wonderful. Very quiet and secluded, far from the Remmidemmi of the tourist towns. If you like it quiet, you'll find it there. The place itself is rustic and beautiful, everything you really need is there. For my two daughters and me it was a nice first stop on our Giro d'Italia, we would come back:-)
