A paradise! Difficult access that is rewarded. A fantastic villa with spectacular views of the Tuscan hills. Greatly restored with modern and classic parts, plus an absolute calm, all around beautiful nature. A highlight: The spacious indoor Jacuzzi, we had a wonderful week, thank you!!

We had a great time, the host Leonardo and his wife made us feel at home. We will definitely be back.

Carlo and Elena made sure that we felt at home right away. The welcome was the best you could ask for. The place is beautiful and clean and very comfy. They gave us a lot of tips for the area. And surprised us multiple times with delicious treats. We will be back for sure.

Barbara,very responsive,made the house available in a very short time (less than 12h). It'sa real slice of paradise; the photos may not reflect the beauty of the place enough. A spacious, beautiful, thoughtfully finished home, tastefully furnished, and design details. All rooms have bathroom with shower in the room. Everything is equipped and if you need anything extra B. it is very quick to try to satisfy you. Spectacular panoramic location, surrounded by silence, surrounded by nature with woods and olive trees with a breathtaking sea view. Our dogs have enjoyed a very large and fenced garden. The swimming pool is kept with care and fully enjoys privacy. The whole area has sunshine until sunset. In about 15 minutes you are at the sea, with wide and beautiful beaches. Our vacation started very badly elsewhere, here it turned into a super vacation! Barbara SUPER host, for anything that goes out of her way to accommodate you. We'll be back soon

The house is more beautiful than the photo. The neighbors are good and helpful. As a traveller u have everything here you can imagine. We really enjoyed the terrace back at the kitchen. Perfect place and perfect city to enjoy. We met the owner the next day. She is cool and beautiful 😍🤭. Very nice people and nice place. We will back for sure!

Loredana was an incredible host. There were 16 of us celebrating my birthday. She was super accommodating and kind. The villa is an oasis! It looks so much better in real life than in the photographs. We will be coming back! Thank you Loredana and Alessandro ☺️

We stayed in this house during the Lucca fair. The hosts immediately welcomed us warmly, along with the very sweet dog Luna, making us feel like we were at home. The house is located above a hill of Balbano, thus ensuring a great silence. Having a large garden, it also has ample parking, which is not to be underestimated. The house is still being renovated so it is a nice house, but with a few small fixes still missing. Overall a good experience.

We only stayed 3 days and unfortunately we met bad weather, but this did not stop us from taking advantage of the immense garden that with two small children was the salvation🙂 The house offers many spaces (we were two families) leaving way to have the right tranquility and privacy as needed. Alessandro was very helpful and kind and his mother, whom we met before leaving, is a very nice and friendly lady.

The place is really a dream! We had a lovely, relaxing time with Deborah. The pool and location are great and Deborah gives great recommendations, is totally warm and you feel right at home. And we liked it so much that we want to come back!

We had an amazing stay at Juri's beautiful villa in Tuscany! The place is super spacious, easily accommodating our group of 11, and it was spotless and very well maintained. Juri and his mom were incredible hosts—always responsive and ready to help whenever we needed anything. The location is also perfect for day trips to Florence, Pisa, and Lucca. If you're looking for a charming, well-kept and very clean villa with top-notch hospitality, this is the place. Highly recommend! Let me know if you'd like any tweaks!

The villa’s location is idyllic - peaceful and surrounded by the mountains of the ‘Pescian Switzerland’. It is pretty remote and difficult to access though, so you do need to be a confident driver to enjoy a stay here ;-) There are plenty of lovely spots to relax in the garden and around the pool so I would particularly recommend the villa in good weather. Inside, the common areas (kitchen and lounge) can get a little cramped if there are 10 or 12 of you and it’s raining outside - but we chose to brave the bad weather and explore the surrounding villages and towns anyway so that wasn’t an issue for us. It is worth pointing out that being a country house, there are bugs - which might put some people off (not us though!). The bedrooms and bathrooms were spotless and the bedding super comfortable with warm & cosy down duvets (which were very welcome given the cold & wet weather we had!). And last but not least - Fausto (Giulio’s dad) was friendly and super helpful, a really lovely host.

We had a wonderful stay at Mariroasa's place. Our entire crew of 12 had a great time. The house is a beautiful Tuscan building with a charming garden and a swimming pool. Old style rooms, very clean and welcoming. Very nice neighborhood, great starting point, close to Lucca and Pisa. The town has a super market and several eateries, including Pizzeria Las Vegas, where you can eat delicious pizza from a wood-burning stove. Very successful stay, we will be sure to come back again. We really enjoyed our stay here! The unit is very high quality and well furnished with everything we needed. The location is literally steps from the main square and all the main attractions. The kitchen is well stocked with very high quality tools which was a plus for us. We also really appreciated having a large bed since that’s what we are used to at home but is not common in Italy. Lastly, the Internet was super fast and allowed us to get some work done. Would love to stay again in the future!

The little house is perfect for two people, both in terms of hospitality and comfort and in terms of spaces. The hosts were able to make perfect use of the smallest corners, adding all the necessary details to make it functional and comfortable. Without neglecting the cleaning:surfaces, towels, sheets... there was no speck of dust even looking for it!The chairs to enjoy the sun in the garden, the essentials in the kitchen and the small thoughts of courtesy for guests have confirmed how much care and care have been put into this Airbnb...a wonderful thing that must be recognized and appreciated. Then you are a really impeccable host: present, available, proactive with all your advice and really kind. Very easy to reach, free parking right in front of the house(if it rains as in our case, it was very comfortable)and unparalleled hospitality: to say that we had a good time is really reductive! We look forward to coming back, thank you very much:)

Stayed at Andrea's condo for a month, and can't say enough abut how great it was. Well-furnished kitchen, super clean overall, and just a mere 10 minute bike ride ( I rented a bike down the road for the month) to the Lucca wall, the train station, and the Coop supermarket. There is a great bakery (Forno Ghilardi), a butcher, and Trattoria "Da Ildo" less than 10 minutes walk. Cycling into the nearby hills a visiting the outlying villages was great, and the locals are very cycling friendly. Lucca itself has so much to offer in terms of cuisine, the arts, and sights, and even though it is a tourism mecca, it has to be one of the friendliest cities I've ever visited. For down time, my favorite thing was gilling in the yard at Andrea's place and enjoying dinner al fresco in a quiet neighborhood with views of the surrounding mountains and meadows. I can't recall why I chose Lucca in the first place, but staying at Andrea's was definitely the right choice, and I will come back.

Great location, quiet, well equipped and clean. We had a wonderful stay at this place. The location is simply fantastic – quiet yet easily accessible. The house is very well equipped and everything was clean and tidy. We would like to emphasize the warm outdoor shower, which was the absolute highlight for our children. We will be happy to come back!

Stefania was very kind and super helpful. We had an issue with a bike and they replaced it right away. Everything was perfect, apartment tidy and clean, not really central but easily accessible by bicycles. Highly recommend!
