A lovely place to stay - quiet but with lots of parts of Norfolk easily accessible. Cottage had everything I needed and was warm and comfortable. Close to host's house, but still very private. Highly recommended!

A rare find near Norwich. Horsham St Faith is a lovely village with easy access to Broadland Northway for travel into or around the City of Norwich. The accommodation was perfect with a full kitchen a lovely large lounge and bedroom. I was travelling for work but would make an excellent holiday base. The court yard and clematis was beautiful and the walled garden to the rear of the main house stunning. I had the pleasure of being greeted by three chickens and a beautiful cat. Thanks Edward - it was lovely to meet you and I would thoroughly recommend this property for a quiet and peaceful stay !

My partner, my dog and I visited the cottage for the third time this past week. We absolutely love it, the location, the building, the layout. I don’t think there is anything we can complain about. Matthew, and his family are great hosts, friendly and welcoming and always around to help if there is ever an issue (not that we have experienced this). We will be back in the future for another stay. Thank you again for your kind hospitality
