Another very nice stay! The apartment is great, you feel right at home and welcome and the courtyard is so nice! 🤗 The apartment is bright, in the kitchen everything you need is available, in bed we slept well, enjoyed the bathtub - it was a great time all around! We will be happy to come back.

It’s a beautiful apartment. The best part about the apartment was the view from the balcony. It was amazing 😻. It’s worth the money.

This lodge is located outside of the city in a quiet part of the woods. The building is new and everything is top-notch. Our unit had everything we could ask for and was beautiful inside and out. Lots of spacious balconies, high ceilings, beautiful kitchen, sauna, and very warm feeling.

We spent 3 days in Gmunden for a short vacation and felt very comfortable there. The apartment is very nicely decorated, it was very clean and the location is great. Judith is also super friendly, very helpful with questions. The apartment is located on the main road, which is why it is rather noisy during the day, but since we were out and about all day anyway, it hardly bothered us. Parking right in front of the door was also great. We would definitely come again, should we be in Gmunden again☺️

The apartment is clean and modern. The contact with the landlord was smooth. You can quickly get to the old town by tram or car. The apartment is located on the outskirts of town in a simple apartment building directly on a very busy road. If you are a light sleeper, this can affect you accordingly.

Very spacious, clean and lovingly furnished apartment with wonderful terrace. We were very warmly welcomed and felt comfortable right away.

We were super satisfied with the accommodation and felt mega comfortable! Everything within Gmunden is wonderfully within walking distance and Lake Traunsee is only a few meters away. We will definitely be back!

The host was very nice, the room was spacious and clean, and we were even offered complimentary drinks. It was a very pleasant stay!

We loved staying at Helmut’s apartment. The space is large, it was quiet, a great environment for walking, yet close by (with a car) to Ottensheim for large supermarkets and a delightful town. Helmut and Daniela were genuinely nice people, who welcomed us from the moment we arrived. My husband and I look forward to returning to Gramastetten, and we recommend Helmut’s apartment to anyone staying in the area.

Great spacious apartment on two floors where nothing is missing. Very friendly and quick to respond landlord. My recommendation! Gladly again...

Andrea was a nice and gracious host. The house met our expectations exactly, super great. Andrea arranged a magnifying mirror especially for us. It is also great that you can get fresh rolls and pastries every morning in two minutes. The view of the mountains is simply fascinating. We will be back.

Christian was always available if you had any questions. The apartment and location is nice and quiet and you didn't really feel like a guest, but like home. :-)

A whole house for us. Great location, very quiet, right in the countryside right on the Danube. The host Bernhard and his wife were always available and took care of us with affection, even when we could not get out due to the weather, they offered us games, brought us fresh apple strudel, jam, etc. We were very cared for and felt very comfortable. The house beautifully spills with nature and has a very special charm.. We will be happy to come back!!

We had a great time in a wonderful house. With the amenities of children's attractions and toys, it is like a paradise for children. This way you can also easily survive rainy days. Eike and Verena are great hosts, many good tips and always great communication. Many things are simply available and Verena and Eike think well of what you could need. All in all, a successful stay for us. Thank you for that!

We had a wonderful stay in Gmunden. The apartment was spotless, well-equipped, and perfectly located. Martina & Alex were kind, responsive, and paid great attention to detail. Truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommended!

Beautiful apartment, short walk to the Danube.

Richard's place was exactly as described - contemporary, clean, comfortable. Lots and lots of storage space, well stocked with essentials in both the bathroom and kitchen, and all the facilities/electronics worked. It's a peaceful area - no buses from Linz late in the evening, but I always felt safe walking alone at night. And I enjoyed the road-side stall selling flowers and vegetables, just a minute or 2 down the road.

The apartment was very well furnished, the kitchen was well equipped, only an oven was missing. The bathroom was large and very clean! Maybe you could hang a few hooks in the apartment and also in the bathroom to, for example, let the wet towels dry. But otherwise everything was wonderful!

Perfect for our purposes. We'll definitelly be back next year.

We liked the place very much, we immediately felt at home. Quietly located, you can be in nature within a few minutes and enjoy the landscape of Austria. Furthermore, we were very pleased about the delicious wine, as well as the little touches in the form of chocolate. We 100% recommend the place.
