Special features are antique furniture, marble bathroom with underfloor heating, original wooden floorboards combined with the most modern amenities inconspicuously embedded in the charming ambience. Free use of TV, Wi-Fi, PlayStation. Due to the old building, it is pleasantly cool, even on hot summer days.

Our house is located directly on Linz's main square, Klosterstrasse 1. A beautiful old building and right next to our main house the Hauptplatz 23. The flair of the building is unique and so the apartment is just as suitable for a business trip as it is for a private visit to Linz. Linz is usually not discovered at first sight. Hans's place is a very nice apartment! For our family it was perfect! My opinion is that it is more beautiful and welcoming than in the photos! We were impressed how he prepared special linens for our little boy, blue towel and dishes for the children. In addition, at check-in our children found a small but sweet in their bedroom.

From there, many hiking trails and great views can be reached quickly by car. Ariane and her whole family are really friendly, accommodating and likeable. A perfect stay! We absolutely enjoyed our stay in the apartment. The location is ideal – quiet but still close to everything you need and with a fantastic view. The apartment was spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated and equipped with all the amenities you could want. Particularly noteworthy is the extremely hospitable communication: Beatrix and her husband were always available quickly and provided us with helpful tips for the area. We felt like at home and will definitely be back.

By sheer coincidence, we found this fantastic apartment on the ground floor. It met all our wishes … super clean … a fully furnished kitchen … bathroom with walk-in shower and even a washing machine … bedroom with large closet … a large enclosed terrace where we could enjoy the sun at the end of the afternoon. Landhaus Seppenbauer is in a quiet area just outside Bad Ischl and therefore very central for day trips. Manuel and his family are very friendly and welcoming. We would like to come back again in the fall to see the beautiful surroundings in autumn colors.

We felt at home with Ann from the first moment and enjoyed staying with her very much! Ann is a wonderful hostess, she always shared with us when we had questions, she even made an appointment for the vet at her doctor's office for us when our dog needed it.
