I felt very comfortable in the "Hecht." The apartment is very clean and quiet. Since it has its own washing machine & a well-equipped kitchen, the apartment is also wonderfully suitable for longer stays. The two hosts Lilian & Benny are very friendly, generous and uncomplicated. Glad to come back!

What a wonderful place Appenzell is, and this is the perfect place to see it all. The apartment is very large and comfortable and very clean. Berti has made sure you have everything you need. The terrasse is great for any meal or just coffee. The town is beautiful. The walk to the train station is easy as you can window shop your way there. The town has lots of beautiful stores and restaurants. We highly recommend a train ride to Ebenalp for the cable car, dining and hiking. The tourist card is a wonderful addition. Bertie’s place is quiet and peaceful at night for a good night’s sleep so you can hit the ground running the next day!!

The days in Paradiesli were wonderful! I was able to recharge body and soul. The surroundings are fantastic - perfect for hiking! In addition, Ursula is extremely friendly and helpful.
