I stayed for a week in Renata's apartment and it was all very practical, since check-in. The apartment matches the description and had everything we needed for the stay. I recommend it!

I and my wife adored everything,we were well received and very well guided by thehostess.recomprehending everyone a lot because they will not regret it.

I found the room comfortable ,well located ,the neighborhood very organized, clean streets, polite people!!!!In the part of checking in it was quiet… .Next to the beach…Swimming pool and wonderful area…. Negative points the bed is extremely comfortable but has a split in the middle….In these photos I thought the room was larger but it is very small ,but in compensation it is comfortable … hot shower…has iron dryer…Thank you Renata your space is wonderful

One of the best places I've ever stayed, I loved the apartment, only the exit was a little tight with my pick-up truck, but everything is just right, close to everything, it's very close to the beach, you don't need to take the car to go. Lots of convenience nearby. Very good

Extremely clean and cozy place. The structure of the flat is excellent as well. Rotating parking, but with plenty of parking spaces. The town is close to the city centre and main hospitals. Highly recommended for business travelers.

The appartment is amazing! Spacious, beautiful decor, cozy and with a perfect view of the city! It's close to absolutely everything. I suggest to those who go to look at the map before taking the tours on their own, as there is access both by Solânea at the top and Bananeiras at the bottom. Super recommend.❤️

Very well located apartment, you can walk to the center, within a condominium with a great structure, the pool is huge and has a playground. Edileuza is very attentive and always attentive to what we need. The flat accommodates 5 adults well, has a kitchen equipped with the necessary items for simple meals.

I loved the space, had everything I needed, and the location was perfect and very busy. Anfitriao answers quickly and always asks if everything is fine or needing something. Very good!

Impeccable apartment with everything we needed. The very cold night with a perfect leisure area for my family, by day the apartment does not get hot. Parking right in front of the apartment and super easy to access. Television in all rooms, bathrooms clean and with hot water. Comfortable beds and sofa bed good to sleep a few nights. We missed a coffee strainer and locks in the bathrooms, but this did not affect our stay at all. We had everything we needed at our disposal, either inside or outside the condominium that actually has a wonderful location. We will rent again on other occasions. In relation to the host, super helpful and available person, they pass security every step of the way.

The apartment is very well located, close to the market,bakery, pharmacy,the sea, many shops, restaurants and bars, very well accommodated 4 people with comfortable beds, sheets and soft towels. Christiane, responded quickly to all questions very gently . Super recommend it.

Erika is a true superhost, in the most literal sense of the word. He left everything meticulously prepared and welcomed us very well. The house is excellent: spacious, comfortable, very clean, well maintained and with a super cozy garden. It is also quite complete, with all the necessary utensils for a practical and comfortable stay. Communication with the host was always easy, fast and cordial. The condominium is quiet, safe and has direct access to Madeiro Beach through a short and pleasant trail. We went on an extended holiday, when the city was quite crowded, but the house + condominium ecosystem ensured a lot of tranquility and peace. I highly recommend the location!

I took my mom to celebrate her birthday and this was her feedback: The birthday celebration couldn't be better in this lovely home. Everything impeccable from floor to ceiling. Very complete! Very clean, all appliances in perfect condition, sheets, towels, the hammocks smelled clean, in short, this was the best house I've ever been to. I miss it! I want to go back. I recommend it to anyone who is interested in spending rest days. This is the perfect home.

Very spacious house! We had a great stay with praise from all guests. Outside the leisure options in the own house, there is still the condominium area with several games and a sand field at the other end of the privê (near the concierge). I recommend to anyone who wants a comfortable, spacious stay with many leisure options in Gravatá. My thanks to Alex for the hospitality! We intend to come back more often.

The accommodation is excellent, exactly as shown in the images. A giant peace because of the silence, you can hear the wind in the leaves, the crickets singing... Having breakfast lying in the hammock, enjoying the silence was golden! The kitchen has all the necessary items, blender, coffee maker, sandwich maker, pots, frying pan, cutlery and dishes. Outside there is a small balcony with a tank, clothesline, broom, shovel, in short everything you need to maintain the organization of the house. As for the location, it is about a 20-minute walk from Centrinho, for those who have difficulty getting around or are lazy to walk it is not a good option, by car/motorcycle it is very easy. America contacted me through WhatsApp and gave me all the necessary guidelines clearly and my check-in and check-out were super easy. I highly recommend it!

Samuel and Lenise's house has a beautiful and well-maintained garden. It is well ventilated. The beds are comfortable, varieties of environments with tables. The living room is tastefully decorated. In the kitchen you can find practically everything you need. The street is quiet, there is a small square near the house that is good for children to play. As for the condominium, it's sensational! It has several trails, a golf course, a soccer field, a small farm, etc. The best of Bananeiras. About the hosts: they are highly helpful. They will do everything to quickly resolve any issues that may arise. They respond to messages quickly too. We'll be back soon!
