The stay was great. The apartment is very well located. Near everything. It has a lot of security. It has all the necessary appliances. The hostess promptly resolved an issue we had with the remote control of the air conditioning. I recommend the space.

The location is great, close to several affordable restaurants and snack bars. The apartment was reasonably clean, only the sofa that needs an urgent sanitation. The AP is relatively complete, with all amenities working, as stated on the website. Communication was easy and efficient. In particular, I find the notice of fines on the walls aggressive in case the guest breaks something. In my head, I am always responsible for my actions. But others may not mind.

Well organized one bedroom apartment that we left at home. Near the market that practice good prices. The building is easy to access the attendants are very kind and the shared structure is very good. The difference is that if you want the ap can be cleaned and tidy every day. Practical Flat, very well located next to the Shopping RioMar and the beaches of the southern zone of Recife, easy access to the main roads and with nearby app cars. Gentle host with quick responses, acted immediately whenever necessary. I would rent the apartment again and recommend it.

The apartment is very well located, close to restaurants, bakery, market, pharmacy and etc. In less than 5 minutes walking you already arrives in any of the trades I have mentioned. Hamburgueria and distributor are underneath the building. Very spacious apartment. Very good bed, new mattress, great shower. Returning to João Pessoa, I will no doubt stay there again.

This is my second time staying at the Virginia space and it's no wonder I chose you for the second time to stay. Wonderful space, very clean, organized, safe, very polite people. I always indicate and I say that it is worth a lot for the comfort it offers and the location. I always get that ap when I go to some show at Domus Hall that is inside the Manaíra mall, as it is very close, about 5 minutes on foot. So I highly recommend the space. I loved it!

Nothing to complain about. José is super nice and considerate, he cared about us until the time of entering the AP. About the apartment, nothing to complain on the contrary, to praise. Irrecoverable cleaning, smelling, very clean sheets and towels, organized utensils, finally, impeccable. The apartment is well located, restaurants and markets near and facing the beach. When you return we will not hesitate to rent again.

The great apartment, spacious bathroom, tv in the room. the house has a swimming pool and the main one for me: Self-catering merchandise with basic items. Perfect!

I stayed a total 2 months at this place and loved it - I love being close to nature, something this place certainly offers because luckily the trees weren't cut off, whilst also being quite close to the main road of Pipa and the beaches. The hosts are very lovely and always ready to help! And they speak English.

We host at Flat Santorini for seven days. Local in front of the sea, quiet and very beautiful beach. Host Gisele proved extremely proactive, with accurate and useful information, always available and responding promptly to demands. The apto. is well located, close to the Orla, very cozy environment, bedding, clean and smelling towels, full kitchen ( would recommend putting a water filter). air conditioning in the bedroom, a lazy hammock on the balcony.
