Extremely nice place, very clean and comfortable. The condominium is great and the location too, near the center of Pipa, for those who have some kind of reduced mobility, be careful because to get to and from the center there is a good climb. Rogerio is extremely attentive, we loved the space and we recommend it a lot!!!

The location of the Kátia flat is excellent. Very close to the Recife shopping mall (located on the same street) and the good-trip beach, as well as having everything nearby making it easy to travel in the city. Kátia was flexible and responsive. I'll be back shortly.

The stay was great. The apartment is very well located. Close to everything. It has a lot of security. It has all the necessary appliances. The host promptly solved a problem we had with the air-conditioning remote control. I recommend the space.

Very cozy, organized, clean and very preserved apartment. Great building, excellent location, very close to several bakeries, close to the mall, and also, very close to Praia de Boa Viagem. My husband and I love it, and if there's another chance to stay in the same place, we won't think twice.

The home corresponds to the pictures. The room is cozy and was neatly arranged. Bed linen are of good quality. It's on the 15th floor, so it has a very nice view. The restaurant in the building made my life a lot easier. I had breakfast and lunch there.

I stayed a total 2 months at this place and loved it - I love being close to nature, something this place certainly offers because luckily the trees weren't cut off, whilst also being quite close to the main road of Pipa and the beaches. The hosts are very lovely and always ready to help! And they speak English.

Very well organized apartment, close to the beach and easy to access to get app cars to other places in the city. It has a great table and chair that help for those who work from home, the internet also worked well. Rachel is super attentive and collaborative with guests. Recommended!

We had a great week. Very good location if you intend to visit places like Olinda, shopping in Recife and Rio Mar, the distances are not long. The excellent cleanliness, the spectacular bed allows a good rest and the view from the penthouse is wonderful. I recommend it, excellent value for money.

Flawless Flat, much better than a hotel ! For those who go to tourism,it has a good bakery in 200 meters+-, a very complete pharmacy location on the corner ,a little far from the beaches ! It has coffee ,pots ,refrigerators , microwave everything works perfectly, even has a hairdryer that was not described in the items !!
