From the moment we booked through the platform, Helena contacted us and throughout the process before arriving at the accommodation we had constant communication. The moment we arrived, we were struck by the perfect location of the house, close to the main beaches such as Do Amor and Centro, and also close to supermarkets. Helena and her father welcomed us incredibly! They gave us a complete explanation of some locations of restaurants, beaches, supermarkets, and reference places. At all times we felt right at home and every time we needed something Helena and her father helped us. The accommodation is as shown in the photo and has all the comforts for a good stay. On the last day we got together to have a barbecue with them. Finally, I want to point out that Helena is a professional chef and has an incredible menu. I recommend you try the fish with shrimp. Tremendous!

Xisto was very receptive, he gave me all the instructions for the house. I found the house in perfect condition, with linens and towels. Impeccable cleanliness in every room. I found all the kitchen utensils I needed. The pool was clean, the garden well maintained. The house is a few meters from the sea, for me it is one of the most beautiful beaches in Conde. I thank Xisto for the ease of both check-in and check-out.

Our stay was amazing! Perfect for 2 couples! Erica is super kind, polite, attentive and good people, very quiet! The cottage is very complete and has an outdoor area that is surrounded by trees, a barbecue (we also used it), even though Erica lives in another house on the property, we have privacy! For those who like an accommodation that is close to the center, but quieter, it's great! If you go on foot to the center of the city, it takes a maximum of 20 minutes, and there is a market closer too! We loved the space, beautiful, clean and organized, we would definitely return to the place!!

The house is beautiful and very spacious, outdoor area very large and very cozy, even camping, the house sleeps well 4 people, the kitchen is well equipped, air conditioning is very efficient. A bad aspect is the distance to the center, if you are walking, but if you are driving it is super quiet, drive 5 minutes, park in the main and enjoy the city in a 10 minute walk to the center. I recommend it for the excellent cost benefit, I went on the holiday and paid super well!

Our stay at Casa Ibiza was excellent, the house is modern, compact, practical and very comfortable, has a great location, very close to the beaches and the center of Pipa. The Vander and the Marina that manage the house were very helpful and always responded to us quickly, in addition to having in the data many good tips on what to do in the city. For all this, we were very pleased with our stay at the house!

For Carnival purposes, it served super well. There in front of the apartment pass few blocks, and the only tip for those who want to be moving in the city during this period is not to mess with the schedules - it is worth knowing which blocks will end up crossing your path in relation to the place you want to get to. But that's seeing anywhere in the city. The place is super clean, the air conditioning and the fan in the rooms are super enough. It also has more than one nearby grocery store to buy the essentials. The city worked very well and Camila was very attentive always, I recommend!

We had an excellent stay! The apartment is super well equipped, with all the necessary utensils, in addition to being clean and organized. The location is great, with easy access and everything nearby, such as pharmacies, markets and bakeries. The region has great beaches, which are definitely worth exploring. Apartment very comfortable, clean and well located. It is located in a condominium practically in the center of the city, but at an ideal distance from the bustle and noise of the center. Perfect to rest and enjoy Pipa. I practically didn't take the car out of the garage, just to go to the beaches a little "farther" like Madeiro beach. Excellent stay.

The location within the Luxor condominium is simply fantastic — the apartment offers a superior quality experience. We also highlight the impeccable organization and cleaning of the place. The building itself is very well cared for, with pleasant interaction areas and a welcoming atmosphere. Its privileged beachfront location has provided us with wonderful moments on a warm water beach. The only consideration we do, for those who think about walking to the Tambaú sign, is that the walk lasts about 50 minutes. Thank you so much for your hospitality. We'll be back!
