Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in State of Paraíba

The house is complete with many household items and amenities, the place is very quiet and safe. It is very close to Pipa, about 3 km approximately. Within the condominium there is a trail that gives access to the beach of Madeiro, being able to walk peacefully. I would like to congratulate Guilherme on the whim of his stay, everything was impeccable, there is no way to not feel at home, since everything we need was available.

The place where I stayed was impeccable: totally tidy and smelling, offering exactly what I needed as an athlete, with a kitchen and bathroom that perfectly suited my needs. Also, it exceeded all my expectations! I loved the experience too much and no doubt I will be back next year.

Amazing house in the colonial style with beautiful decor and paintings. WiFi worked extremely well, also in the pool area. The pool was lovely and the towels for the pool were excellent quality. The kitchen was very well equipped with all the kitchen utensils you could need. Very nice and well maintained garden area with plants. Everything was really great. We loved our stay at the house. The only thing we missed was a barbecue in the pool area, that would have made it even better. 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for the house and for Maria Cecilia and Janaína who welcomed us. Communication was great. I found all the domestic utensils I needed. The pool was clean, well-maintained garden. The house is a few meters from the sea, for me it is one of the most beautiful beaches in Conde. I thank Xisto for the ease of both check-in and check-out.

The house is beautiful and very spacious, outdoor area very large and very cozy, even camping, the house sleeps well 4 people, the kitchen is well equipped, air conditioning is very efficient. A bad aspect is the distance to the center, if you are walking, but if you are driving it is super quiet, drive 5 minutes, park in the main and enjoy the city in a 10 minute walk to the center. I recommend it for the excellent cost benefit, I went on the holiday and paid super well!

Our stay at Casa Ibiza was excellent, the house is modern, compact, practical and very comfortable, has a great location, very close to the beaches and the center of Pipa. The Vander and the Marina that manage the house were very helpful and always responded to us quickly, in addition to having in the data many good tips on what to do in the city. For all this, we were very pleased with our stay at the house!

For Carnival purposes, it served super well. There in front of the apartment pass few blocks, and the only tip for those who want to be moving in the city during this period is not to mess with the schedules - it is worth knowing which blocks will end up crossing your path in relation to the place you want to get to. But that's seeing anywhere in the city. The place is super clean, the air conditioning and the fan in the rooms are super enough. It also has more than one nearby grocery store to buy the essentials. The city worked very well and Camila was very attentive always, I recommend!

Adriano's apartment was amazing. Wonderfully located next to all the beautiful beaches in the southern part of Paraiba. The house is large and comfortable with all the amenities you need. Beautiful veranda and deck to see the sunrise and have dinner while watching the sunset. Would highly recommend staying here.

Everything perfect, very good accommodation, there is everything, everything very organized, close to the center of Pipa, bars , cafeterias, pharmacy, beach, you can walk without problem, wonderful pool, very good condominium restaurant price, people meet super well, the only complaint to make would be the noise of the guest from above I believe, I don't know if he is a resident or if he was rented but it was a child's noise pulling furniture very often, I stayed in AP 02 , the most only compliments.
