Sérgio was a great host, has careful and accurate communication, giving tips on the beach and local shops. Davi, the homemade, super polite giving all possible support for the house, tours and cook indications. Each one is very beautiful, my family and I were delighted, very comfortable and very wooded, with a beautiful centenary cashew tree in front of the house, with several fruits, we feel very relaxed and safe. Special highlight to the outside of the house, with a swimming pool by the beach. Who made the house and all the rooms have a lot of tastes. I highly recommend.

Casa Sapoti is much more than the photos! The environment is very nice, the condominium is very quiet and safe, you can reach the village by the back in 10 minutes. The house is very comfortable, it is perfect for being with your family. Everton is very friendly and fixes everything barely. Ian and Carlos are very friendly and respond immediately by answering any questions.

One of the best houses I've ever stayed in, I highly recommend the house! All very clean, you can feel the care and love you have in this house. Our stay in Pipa was absolutely incredible! The house was beautiful, comfortable, and in a perfect location just 20 min by foot from the center avenue. What made it even more special was the kindness of our host and the wonderful people who took care of the house—they went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We had a wonderful stay in this house! As a large family (5 adults and 3 children), we are always looking for a place that offers plenty of space and comfort, and this house was a wonder (view, pool, space, etc.). The kitchen is very well-equipped and we did a barbecue. The house has old wooden furniture, which gives a unique charm, but it also has a strong smell inside the drawers. Marilia was super helpful and always available. The location was perfect, quiet and walking about 15 min (with child) we were in Pipa's little center.

I recommend the super organized, clean house (super-smelling bed and bath linen) and functional with all the utensils we need, including the helpful employee who made everything ready with a table set for our meals. Heated pool that we use at night as well. Wonderful condominium. All communication with the owner was punctual and helpful during our stay...We will return and recommend it to everyone.
