Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Stanly County

We were hosting a wedding and needed a place to stay. The house has everything we needed and was tremendously clean and had unexpected extras that put a smile on our faces. We definitely recommend staying at Ann’s place!

We absolutely loved staying at Cate’s place!! It was so peaceful and cozy. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were very soft. Our dog felt at home and loved the backyard/wooded area, she was so happy! Cate had muffins when we arrived, breakfast for us the last day, and peacock feathers as a gift! She even had bowls ready for our pup. She was such a gracious host. It is a great property to relax and enjoy nature. Cate has thought of everything. Her home is on the property, however she gave us privacy and you didn’t even notice them. Highly recommend staying here.

My family had the best weekend at Diana’s place. Our group of 15 had ample room to spend time together and enjoy the many amenities available on property. The weather was perfect and we enjoyed ample time on the lake and in the outdoor space. Diana was wonderful to work with and she went above and beyond to ensure that my family had a comfortable stay as we celebrated my son’s up coming wedding. We look forward to a return trip in the future.

This is a beautiful homr with a great boat dock area and location. It was very clean and will definitely recommend.

Second year staying here, and hopefully not the last. The lake, the views, the sunsets, the house! It’s all wonderful and amazing. Go book this place, our kids loved every minute and we did too.

Such a cute stay! So many amenities and felt right at home! She even had a cute goody basket for us. So clean and just cozy. Definitely will be back next time we are around!

We enjoyed our stay at this location. There were 5 of us in town for a wedding and this home was the perfect spot to relax between events. It was clean, spacious, quiet, and in a beautiful location to enjoy the fall colors. I highly recommend this home!

Our stay at the Blue Heron Bungalow was great! It was as described. The home is well appointed with all of the comforts of home. The bed was super comfy and the sheets and pillows were top notch. The view from the master bedroom was really pretty. We loved visiting Stony mountain winery and the Five Points restaurant was great. We also ate at Tillery Tradition which was very good and a nice atmosphere. Next time we will bring our golf clubs. Thanks to our host and hostess for being so responsive and providing a wonderful experience!

I would definitely recommend. Nice quiet place that wasn’t far from activities and restaurants. I look forward to using this space again.

Christie’s place has been exactly what I needed for lodging while working in the Asheboro area. Comfortable, clean, kitchen allows for meal prep. Peaceful, safe and quiet, while still accessible for walking to local coffee shops and restaurants.

We had a peaceful and relaxing stay in a great location! The house was amazing—super clean, well stocked, beautifully maintained, and exactly like the photos. Michelle was a fantastic host. She made the rules and instructions very clear and easy to follow, and her communication throughout the stay was excellent. She was also incredibly kind and welcoming.
