Monthly Rentals in St. Joseph

Great spot right on the lake! Lucie was an absolute sweetheart. She baked us cookies and it looks like she bought an iron just for us because we requested one. The place is really cute and cozy and we felt so comfortable. We enjoyed drinking our coffee and catching the most beautiful sunrise over the lake this morning. Would love to come back in the summertime to utilize the lake.

I loved that we could pet the goats. My son was excited to stay on a farm. Peter and his wife were friendly and responsive. The place was bigger and spacier than I expected... definitely better than a noisy hotel. I like how they had some games and toys and other things to do to pass the time. I didn't get to stay in the house that long each day as I was there to visit my dad for Christmas, but we had a peaceful visit. We hope to return one day!

Beautiful Studio with great amenities and GORGEOUS view of the St. Croix river. On-site relative was very helpful and friendly. We rented for 2 months, staying a few nights a week while in transition between selling our home and moving to a new location nearby. The unit was cozy and offered everything that we needed. Bathroom is a little small for 2 people trying to get ready at the same time, but do-able. Hosts were very communicative and helpful with whatever questions we had. Due to our moving situation, we didn't get to fully utilize the rental as we had planned initially, but the town of Stillwater is just across the river and has great restaurants, shopping and nightlife.

Exactly what we needed while our home was being remodeled. We stayed at Stays place (with our two cats) which was fully furnished with everything we needed for the 4 months we stayed. We met friendly neighbors, and visited downtown often for both shopping and dining. My wife is a runner and took advantage of the local forested trails and we enjoyed touring the eclectic houses in the neighborhood. Lens grocery store is within walking distance and so is Nelsons Ice cream (known for their generous portions.) Check-in was easy with our own personally selected door code and Stacy quickly responded to all our communications. We had to make some adjustments to our stay dates a couple of times and Stacy was flexible enough to accommodate us, and we are grateful. A flawless experience from start to finish – truly a gem!
