Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Springfield

We had a great stay here. The giant tv was nice for relaxing in the evening. The kitchen was stocked with most everything you need for a stay away from home. Our host was responsive to any needs we had. Neighborhood was secure and quiet. Would stay here again.

Zachary’s place is clean, spacious, comfortable, and well thought out. There is plenty of space to entertain but isn’t overcrowded with furniture. The bed is super comfy. It’s walkable to many restaurants and the parking garage is extremely close by. Staying downtown does come with a noise factor so just be wary of that whenever you stay in the downtown Springfield area.

The place is great! Had a family reunion where part of the family lodged here, one of whom had a baby. The comment was made, "this place is awesome, I had no fear of letting my baby wander around inside." A/C was very quick and efficient. Noise could be heard from the neighbors (thinner walls separating units), but luckily they weren't terrible. The host was very responsive. We would stay here again!

Really enjoyed our stay. I did see in another review that there were a lot of stairs, we didn't mind them. The place was very clean and had everything we needed.

Ashley decorated the place very nice and homey. She had thorough instructions on use of the house, kitchen, bikes and grill. It rained our entire stay, but we will keep this location marked for the next time in the area. She had snacks, coffee, teas and toiletries in the bathrooms. Immaculately clean. We loved our stay. Even though we normally try three bedrooms, we loved this place so much we will visit again when we come visit my college student.

Very clean and well stocked condo/apartment. They supplied dishwashing soap, laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The bed’s were comfortable. The workout room was decent. People were friendly. It was safe and secure. The free coffee was so amazing! Lots of different options no need to run to Starbucks or 7 Brew! Great stay for a week! Thanks!

Had my staff stay here while completing a project in Springfield and they were very happy with the comfort, cleanliness and location of the property. Will stay again of the opportunity presents itself.

We had an awesome stay! It was perfect for our family. The location is convenient and is right next to several restaurants, within walking distance. It's a short 20 minute drive to Springfield and other local attractions. The apartment was super clean and exactly as described. There were nice little touches like bottled water and popcorn. The beds were very comfy and bedrooms spacious. Amy responded quickly and was very friendly. We would definitely stay here again!

The house was beautiful, clean, well kept and in a great location. The swing outside on the porch was my favorite part. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. John was nice enough to accommodate a later check out for us after our flight times were changed. We will definitely rebook when coming back into the area. We loved every minute of our stay here.

Maida was a fantastic host. She went above & beyond for sure. We loved the home, it was clean, spacious, well decorated, comfortable & very homey. Everything you need is here whether you are staying for a weekend or for a month. We have found our new home away from home in Springfield. This is now one of our favorite places to stay. Beds are comfy, 2 living rooms, multiple dining area options, plenty of room to spread out & relax. It is obvious, when you walk in the home Maida cares enough to provide her guests with nice, thoughful items & furniture in home, not the cheap stuff you see in some Air bnb's where they just provide the basics, to make a quick buck, like a hotel. Maida was very sweet, responsive & accommodating. I can't say enough about Maida or her home. Book this home, you won't regret it.

This is a lovely house on a cul de sac which is nice, and makes the front porch a peaceful place to gather and relax. There is a busy street nearby that can be noisy at times. The house is conveniently located near the Missouri State campus and nearby restaurants.

We loved this place. We came to Springfield for a family emergency and the house was just what we needed. We would definitely recommend this listing with Edward James.

This was our second stay at Derek’s Blue Villa and it felt like coming home! The house is clean and welcoming. The master shower has amazing water pressure. Comfortable beds and living room couches. The sitting area in the enclosed back yard looks so inviting. Hope to enjoy it when we return during the warmer months. Derek is proactive with communicating and quick to respond. So nice to have the extra space and comfort of a home away from home.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful Airbnb, and I can’t recommend it highly enough! From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and at home. The check-in process was seamless The space itself is stunning—tastefully decorated with a perfect blend of modern amenities and cozy charm. The living area is spacious, and the kitchen is fully equipped, making it easy to whip up meals. I especially loved the outdoor patio, which was the perfect spot for morning coffee and evening Love, love, love this space!

When I come back to Springfield again I would love to book this home again. It was very homey and quiet.
