Monthly Rentals in Spergolaia

My husband and I spent New Year's Eve on Ilario's farm, and we couldn't make a better choice! The place is beautiful, with a unique peace and tranquility, being surrounded by nature. The rooms are clean and equipped. Having our 8-month-old daughter with us, they also made us find a crib and high chair, very welcome. And a plus isdefinitely that pets are allowed!Ilario was always quick to respond and extremely helpful. I can only recommend it!

The apartment is on a hill just a few minutes' drive from Alberese and the Maremma Park (for which there is a discount), with ample views of the surrounding countryside and the sea in the background, in an oasis of peace. It is spacious and well equipped, the furniture is mostly dated (apart from the kitchen which is renovated) but functional and in good condition. Alessio and his mother were kind and helpful. It was a pleasant short stay.

3-day vacation to visit Uccellina Park. The house is very comfortable, in a great location (5 minutes by car from the park infopoint) and clean. The owners are very kind and available for any eventualities (including tips on great restaurants in the area). Recommended!

A lovely and cozy place with loving and very child-friendly hosts. Breakfast is something special. Great selection of local products and super quality.
