Margherita until you reach a dirt road, the sign Bosco dell'Iris Nero leads you, along a 900-meter path, to the location. Here there are chestnut trees, olive trees, flowers and a pleasant view of the valley. You can meet roe deer, porcupines and wild boars. The cuckoo, the hoopoe, and the woodpecker inhabit the surrounding forest.

It is located on the third floor and is a double bedroom of more than 30 sqm with a 160cm iron canopy bed, equipped with a relaxation area, desk and wardrobe. The bathroom, about 4.5 sqm, consists of a toilet, bidet, sink, and small tub below the skylight. This room has exclusive use of the tower's roof terrace. It is one of the 4 rooms that are in the tower.
