An amazing 2 nights that felt like we'd been away for a week! Although right in the centre of a busy town, the house was blissfully quiet and we quickly relaxed, enjoying the warm, beautifully furnished, well equipped property. The historic town of Midhurst has lots of character with a thriving high street including many great places to eat and has easy access to stunning surrounding countryside

The property exceeded all expectations. Very clean and was superbly presented. Very comfortable and spacious. Dawn was very helpful to ensure that our stay met our needs and was also very flexible with our requirements. Overall top host. Many thanks

Had a fantastic stay at this property. We celebrated a 98th birthday here. Was just perfect to open the conservatory doors and be straight onto the beach. Very clean and spacious home. Everything we needed was in the property. Very easy access to all attractions nearby. Wouldn’t hesitate to return or recommend.

4th week booked as we were working away Didn’t need to look at alternatives this was our 1st choice

The lodge was very large & clean. Easily can sleep 8 guests. The large tv was amazing & one in the bed was luxury. the queen bed was very comfortable. The garden is huge & my family came over & we all enjoyed playing outdoor games & the Pool table was a bonus! Great places to walk your dog nearby. Very private & quiet. I wished I could have stayed longer than just a couple of nights. I would definitely like to return again.

We enjoyed our stay at Fareham Heights. The house was clean and in very good condition and Manish offered great support during our stay.

Lovely stay at Jim's! Had a slight issue with heating but Jim was quick to respond and sort it out. Clean house with good wifi. Would stay again if we visit the area!

Perfect place to get away from a busy life. Alex was amazing with responding if questions were asked. It’s a gorgeous studio flat and feels like you’re at home. Within walking distance for a lot of food options and the beach is right next door.

A delightful weekend stay Yaverland - an easy 20 minute walk down the hill to Sandown and in a quiet holiday park - backing onto beautiful trees and nature. Had a lovely walk along the cliffs and spent the day biking around the surrounding towns. The host made every accommodation for guests - well set up with tea, coffee and biscuits there for you on arrival! The chalet has been very thoughtfully renovated, very cleanly, great wifi and large TV for Olympic viewing. A great getaway! We didn’t have a car as we like walking and biking but would advise a car for the Isle of Wight if here for longer as it’s larger than it looks, and this place is not right in the township. Great communication throughout and would definitely recommend it!

We’ve stayed here before, and use this place as a base for visiting naval museums in the area. It’s a perfect base as Natalie and Angel looked after us very well. We’ll definitely use again.

Had a really lovely stay, the caravan was well kept and spotless! Very clean bedrooms and bathroom and a lovely balcony area. Warm & cosy and the parking was ideal. Clear instructions on how to check in and find the caravan. I would definitely like to stay again when I'm next in the area!

Came to stay at Rachel’s for a month, whilst between houses and I couldn’t have found a better more welcoming place to stay. Rachel is such a kind-hearted, welcoming person who made me feel right at home - we will definitely be staying in touch :) The house is lovely, it definitely feels like a proper home and the room was lovely and spacious - not forgetting the added bonus of all her gorgeous animals! I feel so lucky that not only did I find a lovely place to stay, but also a long term friend like Rachel ♥️

We stayed there for a long stay and the area and the building are amazing. Our dogs joined us and loved the beautiful walks around the area. There are plenty of restaurants and pubs nearby and you are close to Chichester. The cottage is beautiful and the site is fabulous. We would love to stay in the same location again

It was my first time staying in an air bnb and I was a bit nervous to be staying in someone else’s home. Rachel was very welcoming and I felt comfortable staying here quickly. I met some lovely people in my time here and I’m glad I chose to stay here vs a hotel.

As you enter the gates, you feel you have entered Heaven! What a beautiful tranquil place with alpacas, deer, horses, ponies, swans, geese and ducks right outside! I stayed in Middle barn with my husband and two sons, and it was one of the loveliest places we have ever stayed at. We were greeted with a lovely hamper of treats left to us from Sophie, including bread and eggs, and the fridge was stocked with milk and fresh orange juice. The kitchen had all the equipment needed to cook and we cooked a fried breakfast every morning. I am fussy about showers but this one was lovely and powerful. Towels huge and fluffy, beds very comfy and clean. Bins conveniently had sensors. TV had all the apps available. Picnic tables and chairs outside so you can sot and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Such an amazing place. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again but I'm sure it gets booked up very quickly!! It will definitely remain on my wish list for future visits.

We've stayed at Lyn's other two beautiful air bnb's in the past and couldn't wait to try her latest offering. We are so glad we did! The space feels completely private with your own entrance and stunning garden room. As always her hosting skills were 5* and made us feel completely at home and as if we were the first guests to ever step in. We will be coming back again and again. Thank you for a wonderful weekend!

A beautiful clean and comfortable cottage in a fantastic location. Beautifully decorated and well resourced with everything you would need. Great communication with Jeffrey prior, during and after our visit. Would recommend.

What an amazing place! Such a peaceful setting for really getting back to nature, surrounded by beautiful countryside yet only minutes from the islands beautiful beaches and attractions (you will need a car if you stay here to make the most of the island). The Little Barn is clean, spacious and flooded with light, and has everything you could possibly need for a family stay - it was ideal for our family of four. We loved exploring the grounds, discovering local wildlife, eating the honey that was left for us (made by Susan and Richard's own bees) and drinking the local Mermaid gin! Susan and Richard could not have been more accommodating and welcoming, checking we had all we needed and giving us tips on the local area whilst giving us the space to enjoy our stay in peace - despite being next door, we barely knew they were there. Some of our local highlights were Compton Bay, Carisbrooke Castle, The Garlic Festival (every August), and the walk to St Catherine's Lighthouse. The perfect wholesome family holiday - we hope to be back one day!

The property is well located on the island making it easy to get around. The cabin itself was clean and as described. Rachel was also very helpful assisting with booking ferries to and from the island. The only issue we had and no fault of the hosts is the pool was fully booked when we visited meaning we couldn't make use of this (School holidays following a back holiday meant the site has lots of people around).
