We had a great stay. the place was lovely and as represented by the photos. Alison was quick in replying and super helpful when we used up the matches to light up the bbq she helped us out with a lighter. We had a very nice time.

From the booking to leaving, the process was so easy. The house was amazing, perfect for our family stay away for a wedding and it felt like home from home. The welcome pack was very well received and a very welcome visit from Mark to check everything was OK for us. It's these personal touches which makes Mark an outstanding host. If ever we need to stay somewhere in the area again, we would have no hesitation in booking this accommodation again

This is a beautiful home that is just ready for you to settle in to. The photos don’t do the cottage justice, it felt much larger and views all around were amazing. Bedding and towels were of a really good quality. It was beyond our expectations and we would love to stay there again. The hosts could not have been more accommodating with flexible arrival and departure times and were a joy to deal with.

Had a lovely relaxing break here, the space was fantastic and the surroundings were peaceful and quiet. Excellent location - the village pub is a must visit!

Thi house is comfortable cosy every you need, lovely snacks, Tea coffee milk cereal. The beds are unbelievably comfortable, gorgeous top quality bedding. This house is stunning. Thi aloud us an early check-in and also was very kind when I asked to leave a few hours later the morning we was leaving, she responded yes very quickly, thank you Thi. West Wittering beach is only 20 minutes which we sent the day on. Amazing Airbnb, can't wait to come back.

Just wow, such a lovely place to stay. Has everything you need and felt like a home away from home. Visited in March but had to come back with my Partner for his birthday. The folder in the living room had lovely recommendations to visit in the surrounding area. Very peaceful stay, didn't want to come home from how lovely the cottage is. Well looked after, very clean and very local to the town. Would definitely come back and recommend to anyone visiting Chichester.

The hot tub is great and the wonderful cafe across the (slightly challenging) road offers wonderful breakfasts and lunches. We went for a family reunion so know the beautiful area well. There is lots to do nearrby. The house is comfortable and well equipped.

We had a great stay here as a base for exploring Peppa pig world and Marwell zoo. The house was lovely, spotless and comfy and would highly recommend!

The flat was gorgeous, there was everything you needed and more! High tech kitchen appliances which confused us a little but the instructions were extremely helpful. The beach is right on the door step and it was lovely and quiet. We had 2 toddlers with us and the flat was a perfect base for us. I would love to stay again in the future Kate is a brilliant host very informative with all the information we needed!

It is great place to stay with your friends or family. The house is located very close to the train station, bus stop and not very far from the beach yet in a quiet neighbourhood.

Absolutely fantastic place to stay,I loved the train carriage and it was perfect for my two dogs and myself,it’s got everything you need to enjoy a few days away,I had 5 days there,very peaceful,and some great walks,the surrounding area is lovely,I just wanted a few days away for some peace and quiet,and this is exactly what I got,can really recommend staying here,nothing I didn’t like about it.

Stayed here for 3 nights with my family. Had a great stay the house is fabulous very clean and spacious really central close to shops restaurants etc. We felt right at home. Anna was very responsive to some questions we had. We will definitely be booking again as we regularly visit the island as my brother and his family live there. Would highly recommend 👍

The stay at Rebecca and Jonathan‘s place was great. The guests are friendly and it was very easy to communicate with them and access the house. The house is stylish, cosy, very spacious, pristine everywhere and the view over the seafront is really pretty. The large kitchen is well equipped with all the appliances you can think of, from coffee machine to dishwasher and a large selection of utensils. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms functional. It was the perfect place for me and my three friends.

We had a lovely Easter break at the flat - it was well equipped and well Located for Cowes without being too busy Thank you 🙏🏻

Wonderful place to base yourself near Chichester. It was cosy but felt spacious for our family of 4. The terrace overlooking the fields made for great mealtimes and an area to relax. Plenty of great places to visit nearby. We particularly enjoyed Bosham (Anchor Bleu for lunch was a standout!), Petworth, Arundel and West Witerring for a blowy beach walk! 5 stars!

We were staying at Tim's place for few days with grandparents, two young kids and the dog. House is in a great location, few minutes from the beach, shops, playground and some local activities. House was spacious to accommodate us all. Driveway can accommodate up to two cars. Small but nice enclosed garden. Tim was responsive and was on hand to answer queries. :)

Great stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location. Everything matched the description, and communication with the host was smooth. Would definitely recommend!

The house was the perfect place for our family and we enjoyed staying here so much we’ve actually already booked to come back! Having access to the beach meant being able to quickly pop down with our small children around bedtimes and naps and waking up to the view every morning was magical! The house had everything you could ever need, was so clean and comfortable and we instantly felt relaxed the minute we walked inside! Thank you Daisy! X

We loved our stay at the beach. Such a beautiful location and so different than our sand beaches we have in the US. The rocky beach may not be for everyone but it was perfect for us as we weren't going to be swimming in April anyways. The house itself was wonderful and inviting - nothing bad to say about it.

We had a great stay, even in January, and the house was perfect for us (6 adults, a 4-year old, 2 dogs) The house was warm and spacious with lots of kids toys and extremely well equipped. The hot tub in the garden is a lovely addition, despite high winds meaning we couldn’t always use it! It’s well located near Cowes and its amenities, amidst other houses but on a quiet road, with great views because it’s on a hill and very near the sea, though not a beach as such. We would certainly return if we can.

We absolutely loved Joanna's place and had a great weekend. It was extremely comfortable and in the perfect position to enjoy the beach and everything around us. Our dogs were also very happy and the garden was safe and secure for them with a bit of grass. The house is well laid out. The bedroom was comfortable and the linen first class. Joanna was helpful and welcoming and available at all times. Highly recommended!

The folly is a beautiful and magical place with great character. We spent a couple nights there over New Year’s Eve and it was perfect. Check in was flexible and very easy. The location is very peaceful and the garden and surroundings beautiful. Great pub with excellent food a few minutes drive down the road. We hope to be back in the summer.

We spent a fabulous Easter weekend at Driftwood Cottage. Catharine was an excellent host and was extremely easy to deal with. The house is spacious, modern, and very well equipped. The use of the kayaks was a bonus we hadn’t really considered beforehand but turned out to be a real highlight. The location is amazing. Right next to the ferry terminal but you wouldn’t know it when you’re at the house. The views up the creek at stunning. Highly recommended.
