Monthly Rentals in Southgate

My husband stayed for a work conference and was very happy with the place. Unfortunately, the air conditioner broke down the first day he was there. Olga and her husband were on it right away and kept in contact about repairs and when they would happen. You can’t always predict or help it when something breaks down. But the excellent communication made everything better and once it was repaired, he enjoyed the place even more. We would return!

Great house in a nice quiet neighborhood. Spent 90% of our time in the pool area and covered porch. Spa was great. Perfect set-up for our dog, with the fenced yard surrounding the Lanai.

I stayed in one of Sharon’s units for 3 mounts during my travel contract and it was the best place I’ve stayed in by far in my travel journey. Super clean, quiet neighborhood and friendly neighbors also close to all the stores. Will definitely stay here again in the future!!

A great and quiet area only 10-15 min from the beach! Definitely loved the area, especially for a little weekend getaway trip for me and my husband!
