Lovely stay in a great location. Jo & Martin were great hosts. Very accommodating and flexible. We enjoyed our stay. The only thing I would say, is for the money charged for the Airbnb, a few upgrades would make the stay even more better, such as a new modern TV (TV was old and small), a new modern washing machine (again very old), wardrobes needed hangers, a bathroom bin and a bath mat.

We loved staying here, and didn't want to leave! We know Leamington well and wanted somewhere we could stay within walking distance of everything we needed. This was great. The view onto the canal was wonderful! Katie was very friendly and helpful 🙂

We booked our stay because we were attending a wedding in the village. The house was clean tidy and well equipped. It's in a lovely village with a friendly pub a minutes walk away.

We loved this spacious flat by the river side. It was very handy for everthing we wanted to do in Peterborough. Had the weather been warmer, we would have used the outside patio/balcony. Would defintely want to say here again if we were in Peterborough.

We had a wonderful few days staying in this apartment and wished it had been longer. It’s in a perfect location, very easy to walk into town and the view from the living room of the river was outstanding. The fact that we were able to park our car there was a real bonus. The entrance to the first floor (no lift) was a little underwhelming but, once inside, the apartment was a real oasis, light and airy. It was spotlessly clean and had everything that we needed, including plenty of hot water and a powerful shower. The beds were very comfortable. The only, slight, downside was that the soundproofing within the apartment is not great so if you are a very light sleeper, you will hear others guests moving around. Bujar is a great host, going out of his way to respond quickly and positively to any queries we had. We will definitely be back and can thoroughly recommend the apartment.

Fantastic location in central Oxford was top, easily within walking distance of all of the points of interest in central Oxford, including restaurants, pubs, and supermarkets. Communication with Mariano was also good—he was very responsive to questions and provided detailed instructions for arrival and check-in. We arrived by car and had no problems finding the parking lot, however the parking space was quite small, which only just accommodated our mid-sized rented SUV. The unit is located on a busy road, however traffic was generally quite quiet during the night and we had no trouble. Overall, perfect apartment for a short stay to visit the university and central Oxford.

What can I say… quite honestly the most beautiful home we’ve stayed in (and we’ve stayed in many). The house was absolutely stunning with amazing views. The host was very attentive and gave plenty of recommendations. We stayed for New Year’s Eve and saw in 2025 with our family. Our 3 girls loved exploring the garden, toys and a particular shout out for the games room. Had a pleasant surprise when we arrived to see the most gorgeous decking, accompanied by a hot tub and swim spa, a huge hit with the girls. Would definitely recommend. Thank you and happy new year!

We had a great time at Paula's place! It's so lovely and cozy, in a very quiet neighbourhood, yet just a quick walk away from the station and the city centre. She even organized a high chair for our baby, and welcomed us with everything for a wonderful breakfast. We couldn't use the garden as it was too cold, but it looked wonderful, too - the perfect place to relax after a long day out.

We really enjoyed our stay. Some practical improvements had been made since our last stay, in particular the new teapot was very welcome!

Upper barn is a delight. It’s tucked away in the village so gives the place a feeling of privacy and peacefulness. The barn is as described, clean and tidy and is situated in a picture perfect Cotswolds village. There are walks a plenty from the barn, with a lovely 6 mile-ish circular walk around the Slaughters and Bourton on Water. The little coffee shop in Lower Slaughter is well worth a visit (excellent cakes etc) and there is a lovely pub to stop and have a drink too. Both Lower Slaughter and Bourton on Water were very busy with tourists which is something to be aware of, but it didn’t hinder our stay at all. Upper Barn is a great little gem and we’ll certainly stay there again.

Our family booked Mark's house for an Easter break for us all. We absolutely loved the house and the space was perfect for all of us. Mark was very responsive giving us recommendations for The White Hart at Minster Lovell for a pub tea and delicious Bird In Hand at Witney for a delicious Sunday Lunch. We walked around Minster Lovell, booked Archery at Batsford Arboretum and visited Burford along with Cotswold Wildlife Park. We enjoyed cooking in for two nights, playing games and relaxing in the gorgeous house. My husband and I spent a few coffee's/glasses of wine discussing if the glass extension would work on the back on of our own house as we loved the room. Thanks again for being a great host and allowing us to enjoy your home.

Beautiful property! Adorable cottage very close to a nearby historic town with all amenities (groceries, cafes, restaurants). The cottage does give a secluded feel even though you are close to necessities. The cottage has everything you need (minus food) and even a few thoughtful surprises to welcome you, I won't spoil it. You can tell that the owner takes great pride in their home as it has been beautifully restored to keep the old world vibe, but with modern appointments. It's a great location if you want to be secluded, but also quickly drive to Oxford, Bath, and Bibery. We would absolutely stay here again!

Inglenook cottage is centrally located. No need to drive anywhere. The village of Bourton on the water is very picturesque and popular and can feel crowded during the day with day trippers but mornings and evenings were very enjoyable. You can also enjoy lovely country walks from the village. The cottage is very comfortable and well equipped. Chris was a very responsive host. We had a lovely holiday.

Ryan was really helpful with the check-in and place was really nice. As described and spotless clean. We really enjoyed our stay.

This is a convenient, secure, comfortable and clean flat. While the residential development is large and parking would have been difficult without the designated parking space, once indoors the flat is quiet with lovely views of the canal and bordering trees.

Lesley’s place was perfect - very convenient with lots of added things like coffee pods and charging cords - even with a little hiccup over parking Lesley sorted the issue quickly with as little disruption to us as possible - it’s a perfect base to explore Oxford and Lesley is great to communicate with .

Beautiful home, perfect place to stay. The garden is absolutely amazing. Claire Marie was very welcoming, made us feel at home. Went out of her way to ask if we needed anything. Generally a lovely, friendly host. I would highly recommend to stay here. Everything was perfect and it made our weekend.

We had a short stay of only two nights and didn’t really get around to using the many amenities provided, but never felt we lacked for anything that we did need. House and bed were comfortable, bathroom shower fixtures were easy to work. Good stay.

Victors place was an amazing stay, great service, beautiful clean apartment in a great location with all the amenities you need. The Host was quick to respond and very helpful. highly recommend and look forward to booking this place again in the future.

Our host Evie was very friendly, flexible and helpful. The property was perfect for our central Oxford stay - literally a minute's walk to Westgate Shopping Centre and many bars and restaurants. The beds were extremely comfortable and the apartment had everything we needed including easy car parking. Thanks for a fab stay! :-)
