Vacation rentals with a patio in South Northamptonshire District

This place is fantastic. The space is well thought out and has everything you need inside and outside. The bathroom is particularly stunning with a great big shower. There is a great patio area with hot & cold taps outside to wash muddy boots & paws. It is peaceful with stunning walks direct from the door. The best thing about this place are the fantastic hosts who went above & beyond to help myself and my daughter. Both before we arrived and during our stay. I highly recommend this place and we will be back in the near future

Julie’s flat is lovely, very clean, tidy and homely. The flat is very well stocked with everything you might need and there are a number of local convenience shops and takeaways very close to the flat plus it’s only 10 minutes walk into the town center. WiFi is very good and for me this location was perfect being very close to Luton airport. Highly recommended.

The apartment exceeded our expectations. We had a great stay. All instructions prior to arriving and when during stay were clear and helpful.   Apartment is located moments away from large park, shops and pubs. Street parking was very straight forward once we realised the virtual permit was for the street apartment on and those to the right (if looking towards the river). We were able to find plenty of spaces and moved car to outside apartment later the day we arrived.   The apartment itself was well appointed, well provisioned, and super comfortable. Bunkbeds and master bedroom both had large cosy beds and pillows. The living room large enough for 3 of us and two golden retrievers. The master bedroom opens on to a small, enclosed courtyard ideal for feeding the dogs in the morning.   The kitchen has all the appliance, utensils etc you’d need. There were plenty of dish washing tablets, oil, salt, tea and coffee etc for a long stay. Living room has TV that had all the streaming channels

We stayed at 7 Harpers Yard between Christmas and New Year. The location is perfect, it’s a stones throw away from all the shops, cafes and restaurants. Parking was super handy onsite and the property felt safe and secure. Very clean and looks as per the pictures. Steve was super quick at responding. I would 100% book here again

Very peaceful getaway, the space was spotless, beautifully maintained and even more gorgeous than the photos. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered making it feel luxurious and welcoming. I spent two weeks in Florin 's house. The house was impeccably clean and very well maintened, with all the amenities needed to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The house is located in a very peaceful area, close to public transport, perfect! Florin was a very attentive and responsive host during our interactions. I highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable place!

Sarah’s home was a beautiful paradise and perfect for a quiet break away! The home was described perfectly and came with everything you need to get lost inside your own bubble! The garden was perfect to enjoy in the sun, loads of space, to enjoy with a BBQ and make the most of the hot tub. The home was modern with a minimal look that really stood out and made the house a home. For those car enthusiasts, it’s perfect, parking your car within the back yard, leaving you nothing to worry about! Sarah was very accommodating and allowed us to extend our checkout time which allowed us to enjoy her little home that bit more! Her response time was second to none and answered any questions you may have. Sad the time away went too quickly, but would visit Sarah’s home again in a heartbeat. Thank you for a beautiful couple of days away, it was just what we needed!

Emma was super proactive, friendly and helpful in making sure we had all the information we needed. The property was spotlessly clean, with a beautiful big garden overlooking fields. Really lovely place to stay. Peaceful but close to Stow on the Wold. The house was spotless and kitchen extremely well equipped. We were recommended the Sheep as a local restaurant and that too was superb. Lovely stay

Second stay at Lilian’s place, it’s lovely. Quiet and comfortable, with a friendly host next door if you need anything. Well equipped for self catering. It has a sunny little garden spot too. I’ll be back.

Tucked away at the back of the shops, right on the High Street. Plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants. A lovely little village. The way in was a little bit tight and you had drive carefully through the archway. It was comfortable and had everything you needed. Very quiet. And the Museum was wonderful!

I felt right at home staying at Noor's place. Its a beautiful little apartment in a new building and everything I needed for my 3 week stay was alreafy there which was very helpful. Noor was very easy to communicate with and very responsive on the few occasions I needed to talk to him. I would stay again
