Smoking friendly vacation rentals in South Northamptonshire District

We were looking for a quiet last minute getaway over the festive period with our cat and the house was perfect for that. Easily accessable transport links and local amenities such as restaurants and supermarkets. Don and Amos were both really attentive and gracious hosts. The communication was brilliant and they were all really friendly and flexible with checkout times. The extra thought with the Christmas Card and vegan snacks was also lovely. Any questions or issues were resolved promptly. Definitely recommend this house and Little Piggy Rentals for guests :)

Great location for public transport into Oxford. 10 minute walk to The Fishes restaurant which was spectacular (food). The accommodation was immaculate, comfortable and homely. Would highly recommend to visitors to the area.

I had a great stay. The instructions were clear, and the place was beautifully decorated and spotless. The bedding and furniture were brand new, and I had everything I needed. The host was great!

Beautiful house situated in a beautiful peaceful location. If you enjoy quiet countryside with friendly local restaurants and pubs nearby this is for you. Every bedroom was perfectly catered for and a fantastic kitchen to create your every culinary desire.

We stayed at Lee's place whilst in the area for work. We had a great stay. The house is decorated in a very modern style and is a great place to relax in the evenings. Whilst we didn't use the hot tub that is also a great addition. Having 2 parking spaces was also a massive bonus for us. Access to the front of the house is down a really quiet close as well which made our work vehicles feel even more secure. Thanks Lee!

The fireplace added to the rustic ‘away-from-the-city’ ambience, the piano was also great feature as both myself and my daughter play and it was nice to ‘jam’ in the cosy lounge by the fire in the evening

We were up for the Leicester v harlequins rugby match . Olly s place is a few minutes walk so ideal .the property was clean and tidy the beds comfortable . Instructions were clear including QR codes for internet etc. olly answered questions quickly and concisely. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend

I recently stayed at this property with my family, and it was an excellent experience. The house is perfect for a family of four, providing ample space and comfort. The host was incredibly caring and assisted us during both our arrival and departure, which made the stay even more enjoyable. One of the highlights is the convenient parking right in front of the house. If the front parking is full, street parking is also available nearby. The location is another big plus, as it’s just a 15-20 minute walk to the town center, making it very convenient for exploring the area. The property is well-maintained, with a fully equipped kitchen that includes everything you might need—an oven, stove, washing machine, small fridge, and even an iron with a stand. Beautiful home, perfect place to stay. The garden is absolutely amazing. Claire Marie was very welcoming, made us feel at home. Went out of her way to ask if we needed anything. The apartment was clean and spacious with everything neatly laid out and with everything you need for a pleasant stay provided. Lovely quiet location. Excellent 4-bed conversion. Couple of the bedrooms quite cosy but 2 good bathrooms and we had a lovely stay. Alan very helpful and friendly. Recommended.
