Monthly Rentals in South Lodge

Our stay with Rikey and Paddy was just perfect, the two are wonderful, warm people and incredibly friendly and open. We felt right at home. The cottage is super cozy, clean and equipped with everything you need. The property is simply a paradise and Rickey & Paddy take care of their animals so lovingly, you really rarely see that. We would have loved to stay longer and we will definitely be back soon, that's for sure!! Thank you for this great stay!

Our party of 6 - 3 adults and 3 children (3,7&9) really enjoyed our stay at Queenies! The house was immaculate and beyond gorgeous. The property has a playground, walking trail and animals - our kids spent all their time outside when we were at the property! We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Note- the main bedroom is a queen, not a king. We much prefer a king and tend to book places based on beds but my husband and I just snuggled closer for a couple nights :)

Noreen was a lovely host. She was very responsive and was great to accommodate a late check in. Her annex is cosy, cute and clean. The bed and bedding was so soft and comfortable. Bathroom was lovely and clean. We met Noreen and her daughter when checking in and they were lovely and friendly. Noreen had left bread ham and cheese for us as well and having tea a coffee which was such a lovely touch. There were leaflets with information of things to do in the area and Noreen pointed out that there was a forest walk near the annex also. Would definitely recommend this place for a stay.

Myself and some family stayed here for 1 night at short notice as we had a family funeral to attend nearby. Sinéad was amazing. She took our booking, provided the best breakfast pack i have ever had at an air b and b. She was responsive, kind and accommodating, offering us an early checkin to help with our travels So glad to have been able to stay here with my family. Th house and location is amazing. We have all agreed that we would love to return at another time when we can stay for longer and really appreciate and enjoy the house and area more. Looking forward to coming back Thank you Sinead
